Christianity is not Judaism and never will be

Titus 1: 14 Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.

Jesus Christ is the God of Christianity, of all real Christians.  Jesus himself had began a New Religion Called Christianity . Jesus came to earth and began a new religion, separate from Judaism that he first introduced to the Jewish people. But the Jews have   rejected Jesus and his new religion. and anyone who wasn’t Jewish was a Christian or a Gentile. A Jewish identity meant one thing: Jews don’t believe in Jesus.  Jewish leaders, at the time of Jesus in Jerusalem,  in addition to the Jewish shouted , “Crucify Him! Crucify Him!  and thus had killed  Jesus. When Jewish People embrace Yeshua, they don’t convert to Christianity and not the real Jesus Christ. They remain Jews and do not become Christians. All, even the Jewish People do need to convert to Christianity;  Indeed, Christians came to understand themselves as people who by definition were not Jewish and who believed that Christianity had “superseded” Judaism — that is, “taken its seat” of favor before God.

.

They the Jews hate Jesus because he claimed to be from God, and as time went on, dared to make himself equal to God.

.

Look at  the fruits Jews UNDER STALIN were behind a  Jewish revolution  that put the Russian Orthodox  Church, Russian sovereignty  itself on the brink of extinction  which  was  a planned,   designed program of destruction of Russia’s national culture, national education, national production, and the national financial system.

.

It is undeniable  that today’s Israel treats Palestinians in a very similar way to how Jews were treated in Germany in the 1930s

.

You are a Messianic Jew? But there really is no such thing in the whole New Testament.. all the Jews became Christians.

.

It is so typical unChristian even by the Messianic Jews to falsely condemn all Christians for being non Jewish, Gentiles, dogs, and to blame the Christians for all the Jewish hardships, persecutions, because most Jews still cannot, do not want to admit their own sins, personal negative acts,  contributions.

.

In John 8:58, Jesus Christ  actually declared not only His pre-existence but also took upon Himself the name of God as revealed to Moses in the burning bush: “Amen, amen I tell you, before Abraham was born, I am.” Jesus nor his disciples  lived and died as   observant Jews in Israel.

.

The New Testament does not teach that the Gentiles have superseded the Jews; but neither does it teach a racial exclusivity that gives Jewish people preferential or an elevated status. According to Paul, God’s intention has always been to break down the “wall of partition” and create for Himself one new people, drawn from every race (Eph. 2:11–16).The new people chosen are called solely Christians too.

.

Is the Christian movement that goes by the name “Messianic Judaism” a form of Judaism? Cause it is certainly not Christianity.

.

The false need of the Jewish Christian to keep their Jewish identity is a direct result, proof that they have not given up  all to Jesus, as Jesus Christ is not the sole lord of their life still.
.
The Old Testament with all its hopes and promises finds its fulfillment in Jesus Christ.  Apostle Paul  declares that all the promises of God have found their fulfillment in Jesus Christ (2 Cor. 1:20).
.

The fact that the majority of Jews refused the gift and the way God fulfilled Old Testament hopes, makes no difference (Rom. 3:3). They are not all Israel who are of Israel (Rom. 9:6). Those who did accept Jesus as the hope of Israel were the prophesied remnant, the only true Israel of God. The blessings of God’s Messiah could not be contained in Jewry alone, for had not God said that in Abraham’s seed all families of the earth would be blessed?   God’s Christ was not only the Servant of Israel as depicted in Isaiah, but the second Adam. He was therefore not alone the hope of Israel, but “the Desire of all nations.” Hag. 2:7. It is on the basis of the gospel that we look for a new heaven in the age of the life to come. This is no vague hope. This new creation is already a reality in Jesus Christ. The end of the world and the great consummation at the second coming of Christ will merely be the open disclosure and empirical realization of what God has already done in Jesus Christ.”

.

A person has to have a terrible bias  in assuming  that  the Jewish people the perpetual right to the Land of Israel  The Promised Land was never an unconditional right, but always a conditional gift. During the wilderness wanderings, God warned His people, “If you defile the land, it will vomit you out as it vomited out the nations that were before you” (Lev. 18:28).“‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Since you…shed blood, should you then possess the land? You rely on your sword, you do detestable things…Should you then possess the land?…I will make the land a desolate waste, and her proud strength will come to an end” (Ezek. 33:25–29; see also Jer. 17:4).

.

It is essential that all Christians interpret the Old Testament in the light of the New Testament, and not the other way around.

.

In essence, so-called “Messianic Jewish” groups claim that they represent a “completed form of Judaism” or “completed form of Jewishness” or “Biblical Judaism.” In actuality, self-styled “Messianic Judaism” is a counterfeit form of Christianity that follows the  rabbinic Judaism. There are radical differences between Judaism and Christianity. Traditional Christianity depicts  Judaism as an incomplete religion because it does not include a sole  belief in Jesus. Judaism is not and has never been an incomplete form of Christianity. Judaism   is a different religion from that of the Christian ones that have developed over the last two thousand years; including the Christian movement that goes by the name “Messianic Judaism.” Any attempt to artificially blend the two is deceitful, demonic, erroneous.

What makes Christianity Christian is its belief in “Jesus Christ: Son of God, God incarnate.” The early Christians replaced Torah with Jesus as the access to God; soon forgiveness of sin was said to be possible only through belief in Jesus. Theological reflection on the significance of Jesus ultimately led to the doctrine of the Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  The Jewish Identity of Jesus Is Meaningless to non Jews, Gentiles, Christians. Messianic Jewish movement” have often presented a confused and contradictory theology. All present-day Christian denominations and sects are theological offshoots of the first century mostly ex gentile churches that had developed separate and distinct from first century Jewish groups . Since the first century, Christianity has been at odds with most of rabbinic interpretation. belief of the Gentile church for the  Torah is irrelevant to salvation has became the dominant doctrine in the New Testament all Christianity.  The Christian community was distinguished from Jewish Christians   by its lack of traditional Jewish practice.

Judaism and Christianity are entirely different and essentially unrelated religions.  Judaism and Christianity are entirely different and essentially unrelated religions. The two religions bear different messages and distinctive meanings, each for its own faithful. The Christian concept of God is not the Jewish concept of God; in essence, their God is not our God. One cannot replace Torah with Jesus and still have a reason for Judaism or truthfully call the new entity “a form of Judaism.” The respective adherents to Judaism and Christianity are part of distinct and separate faith communities.

Any self-defined Christian today that claims Torah observance is incumbent upon Jewish-born Christians would be considered as heretic by other Christians. Fabricating a counterfeit ritual and cultural milieu, this self-styled “Messianic Jewish movement,” creates a false  illusion of adhering to a  false form of first century Jewish Christianity as practiced by the early Jewish followers of Jesus. The ritual and cultural milieu they depict never existed.

It is impossible to preserve the cultural aspects of the Jewish people while replacing the spiritual, the theological, and the salvific grounding and reason for that culture with a non-Jewish faith system. Jewish religious life finds its theological and spiritual meaning through the life of Torah, not through the death and resurrection of Jesus.

There is a common understanding among Jews of all denominations that Judaism, understood as the culture and religion of the Jewish people, contains all they need to achieve spiritual fulfillment, that is, salvation. Anyone who is not a real Christian still ends up in hell

.
Also still Worshiping Israel, Jerusalem, It’s and , it’s people, it’s leaders, Jews,  the Old Testament is still an unacceptable sin to God.
.
The Bible does not teach us to be partial to Israel or to the Palestinians, or any nation firstly. ” Is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also, since God is one. He will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith” (Romans 3:29-30).
.
For as far as Judaism, Israel, this is what is said in the New Testament.
.

Matthew 23-38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

Luke 13-35 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

Acts 1-20 For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take.

.
Lies and distortions, taking isolated Bible verses out of context, are major part of the Jewish interpretation of Christianity, and of Jesus , Apostle Paul, and all Christian teachings.. even by the Messianic Jews and most Jews, Muslims even,  as they do not worship the same God as the Christians do cause they had rejected Jesus Christ as their God.
.
Jesus was responsible for the cessation of the Jewish religious practices. Jesus was the first “Christian,” who had come to announce the end of the Torah and Judaism, of Israel as well. Jesus simply came to fulfill Messianic prophecies contained in the Jewish scriptures, and not to Continue his once Jewishness. Apostle Paul called his Jewish Heritage “Dung”.
.
No Jews or non Jews never the less should still continue to observe the Torah after embracing Jesus as their Messiah.
.
The Christian Church is not defined solely by the 4 Gospel of Matthew, Luke and John but is also clearly more defined by the Book of Acts and Apostle Paul’s writings.
.

The non-covenant-keeping Israel does not have a divine right to hold the land of promise. Both the blessed status of the people and the privileged right to the land are conditional on Israel’s keeping the covenant God made with her. Thus God said to Israel, “If you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession among all peoples” (Exodus 19:5). Their own disobedience brings them the punishment.

.

Israel as a whole today rejects her Messiah, Jesus Christ, God’s Son. This is the ultimate act of covenant-breaking with God. God promised that to Israel “a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace” (Isaiah 9:6-7). But with tears this Prince of Peace looked out over Jerusalem and said, “Would that you . . . had known on this day the things that make for peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes. . . . You did not know the time of your visitation” (Luke 19:42-44).

.

When the builders rejected the beautiful Cornerstone, Jesus said, “The kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people producing its fruits” (Matthew 21:43). He explained, “Many will come from east and west and recline at table with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven, while the sons of the kingdom will be thrown into the outer darkness” (Matthew 8:11-12)

.

The ethnic Israel and it’s the people are always at enmity with God in rejecting the gospel of Jesus Christ, their Messiah (Romans 11:28).

.

Israel once before in the past had already been Refused a right to Enter the Promised Land (Deuteronomy 1:19-45)

Some Messianic Jews and false Christians try to define what the religious life was ay the time of Jesus Christ on earth outside of the New Testament Bible, that is impossible. Only half a dozen books are available about Jesus form that period and they were not even written in Hebrew.
.
The Bible and the Greek Language
.

Who lied and told you that Jesus himself had spoken Hebrew mainly, firstly?

.
THE LYING Messianic Jews, and the Seventh day Adventists, Judiazers WHO PREACH PARTIALS TRUTHS AND NEW TESTAMENT BIBLICAL DISTORTIONS ARE NOT THE REAL CHRISTIANS WHO WILL GO TO HEAVEN, BUT ARE THE NON CHRISTIANS WHO WILL GO TO HELL EVEN WITH THE UNSAVED JEWS WHO REJECTED JESUS CHRIST THE MESSIAH. Hell is real.

Now natural Israel has no longer any standing before God, or any part in His future purposes. The New Testament Scriptures makes it now certain that the national restoration of Israel after the flesh is not a part of the revealed will of God, but that the reverse is true. God regards natural Israel earthly kingdom with utter detestation, and He will never restore it, Next when John the Baptist preached to the Jewish people, saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand,” he was not announcing the setting up again of the earthly throne of David for Israel as many Jews, some professing Christians falsely hoped, believe it would happen again.

.

MESSIANC (7)

Even Heaven awaits the Jewish return TO God, Jesus Christ, and rather NOT TO THE PROMISED EARTHLY LAND BUT TO THE NEW HEAVENLY Jerusalem.. (Rev 3:12 KJV) Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.
.
.

The city Babylon described in Revelation is Jerusalem which is called “Mystery Babylon.” The prophecy of Mystery Babylon is found in Revelation 17:3-5. “So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”

.

Verse 18 of the chapter tells us that the woman is a city. “And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.” In verse 1, we are told that the woman sits on many waters. Verse 15 explains the meaning of the waters. “And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.” Not only is this woman a city, but the city is apparently the headquarters over a vast international commerce, financial, political system. The Angel’s warning was that God’s people might hear His voice saying: “Come out of her, MY PEOPLE, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Rev. 18:4.

.

In Revelation 17:18, John sadly makes it clear that the “whore of Babylon” was the ancient capital city of Israel,Jerusalem. The Romans destroyed the city entirely in 70 AD An angel announces that the fall of Babylon is imminent, and warns the faithful to depart the city to escape the destruction. Those who have profited from their relationship with Babylon lament her passing. Do see Jesus own parallel words

.
So what about the ten commandments?
John 13
34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
Ephesians 2
15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
1 John 2
7 Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.
8 Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shineth.
2 John 1
5 And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.
.
We see many people trying to make a great deal of our keeping the the now OBSOLETED ten commandments, even today when clearly no one can, has even kept them all still…. besides Jesus.
.
Was is mere men who taught you your theology or the ex Jewish Apostles of Jesus as per the New Testament, or the Holy Spirit..
.
Generally, mostly it is the insecure people in God, because of their still unresolved guilt, who falsely have an emphasis on forced evangelism, and they falsely do support enforced, forced tithing, keeping the ten commandments because they do not have enough of a relationship with God for HIM to supply all of their needs for their ministry. It should be noted that Jesus himself and the Original apostles had never requested tithing, and clearly they had not relied on tithing for all of their missionary endeavours. They trusted God for their leading and their needs to be met Jesus himself and the Original apostles financial request lay solely in helping the poor Christians. These same people generally are falsely trying to find God’s favour not by faith in Jesus Christ but falsely by their religious good efforts as they clearly still do not know what faith in God means..
.

Romans 3 : 3 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

.
(Mat 11:16 KJV) But whereunto shall I liken this generation? It is like unto children sitting in the markets, and calling unto their fellows

Revelation 21:22 clearly says now, teaches that there will be no Temple in the Millennium: “And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.” Also in the New Testament we are told in Hebrews 7:11-18 that God has permanently set aside the priesthood of the descendants of Levi, in favor of the priesthood of Christ, a non-Levite.

Also under the New Covenant, circumcision is not required, Galatians 5:6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

Christian and Jewish Zionism is a false movement that seeks a spiritual and national restoration of Israel, the land of the Jewish people. Specifically, these Zionists falsely still do believe that the Jews have a divine right to the real estate it formerly possessed during the reign of King Solomon, based on the promises that God made to Abraham

Christian Zionists falsely also believe that, once Israel’s land is restored and its ancient borders are secured, Christ will come again to rule with the Jews in Israel for a millennium.

Zionists now have no documented legal legitimate heritage or inheritance after the destruction of all records in the Jerusalem temple in 70 ad . None can prove of whom he is the son, so Zionists even now have no legitimate lineage. Even the common Scripture used by heretics to justify a “Jewish home” is Genesis 12:26 “I will bless those who bless thee, and curse those who curse thee.” This scripture refers however now solely to the justification of the heathen (Gentiles) in Christ, those who are called by the name Christians. Zionism is based on the faulty assumption that God still owes the Jews the land He promised to give to Abraham’s descendants.

“…For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel… That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God” (Romans 9:6,8).

“For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.” —Romans 2:28,29

“There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.” —Galatians 3:28

Galatians 3:1 (God) redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, SO THAT by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.

Jude 1:3 Beloved, my whole concern was to write to you in regard to our common salvation. [But] I found it necessary {and} was impelled to write you and urgently appeal to {and} exhort [you] to contend for the faith which was once for all handed down to the saints [the faith which is that sum of Christian belief which was delivered verbally to the holy people of God.

Matthew 21: 43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to It is clear from this declaration by Jesus that the Jews are no longer being blessed by God, no longer the chosen ones, even if they do falsely deny this.. Jews who reject Jesus as the Jewish Messiah are consequently condemned by God, forfeiting the promises otherwise due to them under the covenants.; have forfeited any covenantal status. The Christian Church is the sole the inheritor of the promises made with the children of Israel.;

Cessation, Supersessionism and replacement theology or fulfillment theology are the true Christian interpretations of New Testament Covenant and viewing God’ . The Christian Church has replaced Israel in God’s plan. God does not have specific future plans for the nation of Israel. As the Christian the church is a continuation of Israel (replacement/covenant theology), Also, covenants made with Israel are fulfilled in the Christian church

There are no Biblical remaining prophecies concerning Israel to be fulfilled before Jesus returns. The New Testament Bible does not contain any prophecy concerning Israel today, except that she will continue to “fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled” (Luke 21:24).

No Christians should be focusing upon the Middle East today; but rather, upon preaching the Full Gospel to the world (Matthew 28:19,20). We are also now to love all people, of all nations, of all races

THESE FALSE JEWISH LOVERS CANNOT DEBATE THE FACTS WITH THE NEW TESTAMENT BIBLE, THEY CANNOT QUOTE APPROPRIATE NEW TESTAMENT VERSES TO DISPROVE ANYHING I HAVE SIAD.. ALL THEY CAN DO IS RESORT TO FALSE PERSONAL ATACKS TOO.. SO TYPICALLY JEWISH TOO. NOT SURPRISING THAT JEWISH LOVERS TURN TO HATRED WHEN YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THEM AND SHOW THE WHOLE WORLD WHAT THEY ARE REALY LIKE STILL.. DEMONIC
.

.
Beware always of men and women, bullies, tormentors, control freaks, persons, who falsely do, will try to enslave you, oppress you, exploit you even while they claim they are proclaiming the truth, democracy, trying to help you, etc.,
.
Is 51:23 ..your tormentors {and} oppressors, those who said to you, Bow down, that we may ride {or} tread over you; and you have made your back like the ground and like the street for them to pass over.
.
Yes “Some of the believers who belonged to the party of the Pharisees stood up and said, ‘The Gentiles must be circumcised and required to obey the law of Moses’” (Acts 15:5).
.
What were these laws? Were they biblical laws, or the unbiblical traditions of the elders? In every other New Testament mention of the “laws of Moses,” the biblical books of Moses are meant (Luke 2:22; 24:44; John 7:22-23; Acts 28:23; 1 Cor. 9:9; Heb. 10:28). Luke could have said “traditions,” but he did not. Anyone who knew the teachings of Jesus would already know that unbiblical traditions were not required. They did not need to debate about Jewish traditions. Peter then began to scold the people who wanted the gentiles to obey the laws of Moses: “Now then, why do you try to test God by putting on the necks of the disciples a yoke that neither we nor our fathers have been able to bear? No! We believe it is through the grace of our Lord Jesus that we are saved, just as they are” (vs. 10-11). Some men said that gentiles should be circumcised and obey the laws of Moses or else they could not be saved. Not so, said the apostles. Gentiles are saved by grace and faith. God is pleased to dwell in people who aren’t circumcised and who don’t keep the rituals. But since Moses is widely preached, we need to give a decree that clearly distinguishes the Christian faith from the Law of Moses. This pleased the entire church, so they wrote it in a letter and sent it to Antioch, where they “were glad for its encouraging message”
.
“You are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts…. He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant—not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life” (2 Cor. 3:3-6).
.
Real Christians lead their lives by being led by the Spirit of God not by the obsolete, redundant laws of Moses .
.
Read Gal 5 :1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
.
The sole basis of the Christian faith today, which is why it is also called the New Testament as well, is not at all the Old Testament Judaism but the New Testament Jesus.
.
The true Christians since Jesus Christ next always left their old Jewish Synagogues all together… and all Christian Jews, Messianic Jews too need to do this today as well, also they are supposed to give up their Jewish roots, Jewish culture, Jewish religion
The reality is that because of the death of Jesus Christ on the cross the New Covenant next replaces the Mosaic Covenant, which is commonly referred to as the “Old Covenant”.
.
Christians have now replaced the National Jews, Israel as God’s chosen people too, in Inheriting now rather all of God’s promises too. . All of the The early Christian CHURCH theologians saw the New Covenant in Christ as a NEW replacement for the Mosaic Covenant for most of the last hundreds of years.
,
(Matthew 21:33-45), addressed Israel, the Jews of that time, “the chief priests and the Pharisees”, “‘When therefore the lord of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those farmers?’ They told him, ‘He will miserably destroy those miserable men, and will lease out the vineyard to other farmers, who will give him the fruit in its season.”
.
Only Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6) and that there is no other salvation but through him Only Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6) and that there is no other salvation but through him.
.
The saints are described in Revelation as those who “hold to the testimony of Jesus.” ((Rev 12:17 KJV) And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.)
.
Mat 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
Replacement theology is the teaching that the Christian church has replaced national Israel regarding the plan, purpose, and promises of God.

Therefore, many of the promises that God made to Israel must be spiritualized.  For example, when it speaks of Israel being restored to the land, this really means that the Christian church will be blessed.  Also, covenants made with Israel are fulfilled in the Christian church so, for example,

  1. The Jewish people are no longer God’s chosen people.  Instead, the Christian church now makes up God’s chosen people.
  2. In the New Testament after Pentecost, the term “Israel” refers to the church.
  3. The Mosaic covenant (Exodus 20) is replaced by the new covenant (Luke 22:20).
  4. Actual circumcision is replaced by a circumcision of the heart (Rom. 2:29).

So, in replacement theology the church has replaced Israel as the primary means by which the world is blessed by God’s work. Though it is true that the church does replace Israel in some areas such as properly representing God on earth, acknowledging the promise of the Messiah,

God is not completely done with Israel as  the Christian church is its complete replacement.

“For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery, lest you be wise in your own estimation, that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in; 26 and thus all Israel will be saved; just as it is written, ‘The Deliverer will come from Zion, he will remove ungodliness from Jacob,’” (Rom. 11:25-26)..

Replacement theology is also known as supersessionism which means that the Christian church has superceded Israel in God’s plan.

In Christianity, cessationism is the doctrine that spiritual gifts such as speaking in tongues, prophecy and healing ceased with the original twelve apostles and the completion of the canon of Scripture. . This is generally opposed to continuationism, which teaches that the Holy Spirit may bestow the spiritual gifts on persons other than the original twelve apostles at any time. Cessation theology, so-called, is, astonishingly enough, exactly what it denounces: completely nonbiblical. There is absolutely no clear biblical statement that any of the gifts of the Spirit have gone anywhere, especially away. How could they go away? What could that possibly even mean? The Holy Spirit has not taken the last train for the coast. The gifts are His gifts. They were not the possession of the apostles nor of the church in any time or location. Where the Spirit is, the gifts are.

How does he know what God has decided? He assumed he knows what God has decided because surely God would not use someone else, somewhere else. Surely. If that writer has not seen a train for a while, then surely the trains don’t run anymore, anywhere.Just because trains don’t run past your house doesn’t mean there’s no such thing as trains. Furthermore, if there are no trains where you are, why not check out other, more active train stations? Trainspotting for cave dwellers is dismally disappointing business, and train denial is absurdly arrogant Because I have never seen a train, there are no trains. It also smacks of an incredible conceit. “If God were going to manifest His gifts anywhere in any time among any group, it would surely be now among me.” How can any  person be an expert on something he has never experienced?

If the gift of apostleship, prophet  has not  ended, then other gifts   have not as this foundation has been laid by the apostles and prophets (Eph. 2:20).

Some people are too ready to believe in the cessation of the gifts of the Holy spirit but they are not read to accept the cessation of the importance of  Jews, Israel in the New Testament

The New Jerusalem

Jerusalem

Forget the Old testament, as The New Testament apostolic message focused on the new thing God had done in the Messiah, Jesus Christ, the removal of the separations between the Jews and Gentiles, thus  it focused on how salvation is possible for all through Jesus the Messiah, and it did not say much about the future kingdom of God, nor any separate  future kingdom for the Jews.
 .
The New Jerusalem  is to be distinguished both from Babylon and from the earthly city of Jerusalem which in its history had also fallen into evil ways. Christ has already defeated Satan.  And the new Jerusalem will have among its citizens not only the church, or saints of the present age, but also Israel, or saints of other ages,  With the New Covenant, God moved into a new kind of house.  “Do you not know that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” (1 Cor. 3:16).   God can’t allow another physical temple to be built or it would be a denial Messiah has already come.  Jesus he has already defeated all contrary dominions and powers. We are already in the last days. We are in the kingdom of God, and we should expect success for what God is doing. In John 12:31-32, Jesus said that Satan is defeated and that Jesus would draw all people to himself. We should expect him to do it. He has paid for all people, and we should expect him to claim his rightful property. Matthew 28:18 says he has all authority. He is already reigning as King of kings.  .
 .
There is only one “last days.” The New Testament describes only one resurrection for all at the end of the age and the one Christian Kingdom. We have many   scriptures that teach one resurrection, and teach that the end comes when Christ returns. Acts 2:16-21: This [the speaking in tongues] is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: “In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy. I will show wonders in the heaven above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord. And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”  2 Peter 3:10: “The day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare.” The lake of fire consumes the whole earth at the return of Christ. Nothing  is said about a thousand-year period. Verses 12-14 say,  That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat. But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, the home of righteousness.

Make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with Jesus Christ . Rev 21:3-4 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed a ay 21:5-6 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. 21:7-8 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Messianic JEWS – Jewish fables

Temple-

Romans 3:29 Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:

.

Titus 1:14 Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.
 .
Jesus never said to learn Hebrew, or help the Jews get back to Israel when he instead predicted their dispersal next too because he knew they were falsely going to reject him as their Messiah.
 .
Messianic Judaism is not just Christianity for Jews or even Christianity in a Jewish context. It is the modern equivalent of the “Judaizers” who plagued the New Testament in the time of the apostles. Today, as then, they attempt to bring both Gentile “proselytes” and Jews into bondage to law. Messianic Judaizers want to  Messianic Judaizers want to  impose not just mandatory circumcision on their followers but the entirety of the Old Testament law! “Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.”  Jesus taught that Jewish nationalism and commitment to the “oral law” (“traditions of men”) distorted the purpose of the written law (Torah) (Mark 7:1-20) Even the Messianic Jews are falsely as antagonistic to Christianity as traditional Jews are. It is hypocritical for   Zionists to threaten the wrath of God against those who express disagreement with  them, the law when they have  themselves violated  God’s standards for the Jews. AND WHEN YOU DO NOT DO WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO DO THESE SAME RATHER LITTLE BAD CHILDREN INSULT YOU, SLANDER YOU, DIVORCE YOU, OSTRACIZE YOU, BAD MOUTH YOU. COUNT ON IT TOO THAT IF YOU  DISAGREE WITH  THE JEWS, ISRAEL AND SOME OF THEM FALSELY WILL SLANDER YOU IMMEDIATELY AND CALL YOU A LIAR, TERRORISTS OR ANTI SEMITE.
.
Jewish hostility toward Jesus Christ and His church has been ongoing for the last 2000 years still. The main problem still is that the Jews hate the  New Testament and the New People of God , the Christians, Apostle Paul too..  even Jesus in reality..  Jews today still have the mindset of Jesus’ enemies in the first century. Forget the Messianic Jews spin doctors,  Messianic Jews  still tend to be liars who tend to hate Christians, the Church.
 .
The problem with Messianic Jews is..(1 Tim 1:7 KJV) Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm. (Heb 5:12 KJV) For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. Rom 10:1 KJV) Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. 2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

Most Messianic Jews will still go to hell if they have not abandoned their false practice of Judaism..

.

In the New Testament it is clearly the Jews, Israel  of today  are defined now still as being cursed  and only all the Christians all blessed in Jesus instead. Regardless of one’s ancestry, a person can only become God’s child by repenting and extending a trusting-submitting and obeying faith in Jesus Christ. In the New Testament it is clearly the Jews, Israel  of today  are defined now still as being cursed.. and only all the Christians all blessed in Jesus instead. Regardless of one’s ancestry, a person can only become God’s child by repenting and extending a trusting-submitting and obeying faith in Jesus Christ. The blessing given to Abraham comes to all, the non-Jews (Gentiles or Greeks) through faith in Christ Jesus. For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, each man’s work will become evident; for the day will show it because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of each man’s work. If any man’s work which he has built on it remains, he will receive a reward. 1 Corinthians 3:11-14 Romans 1: 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

.

Christians and the current non-Christian Jews also do worship different gods , The Jews do not, did not truly honor Christ as the promised Messiah , but are looking for another that will come in his own name . The Talmud itself speaks of absolute mockery and hatred for Christ and Christians.

.

CHRIST – the anointed one- Greek for Messiah (anointed one) is Christos, Christ in English. Thus, “Jesus Christ” joins a name and a title, and means Jesus the Messiah. Christ, Messiah, Anointed One. The title “Christ” or “Anointed One” Gk. Christos “Cristov” occurs about 350 times in the New Testament.. The word christos means a person HOLY SPIRIT anointed . The Greek name for an individual “Christos” rendered “Christ” in Scripture, the basic of the term Christian now as well, comes from the Greek word “chrio” means to anoint with oil, the symbol of the Holy Spirit, one can tell if any person is a Christian cause they also can see the evidence of the holy spirit’s anointing.. so now we all can be anointed one inspectors of all Christians now too. Luke 4:18-19 (Wey) [Jesus:] “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He has anointed me to proclaim Good News to the poor; He has sent me to announce release to the prisoners of war and recovery of sight to the blind: to send away free those whom tyranny has crushed, to proclaim the year of acceptance with the Lord.”But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and all of you know the truth. . . . As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit–just as it has taught you, remain in him. 1 John 2:20, 27; The word christos means a person so anointed and the word chrisma refers to that by which a person is anointed. John uses chrisma in these two verses, not speaking of the object being anointed but of the instrument of anointing. Additionally, we find a word christianos in Acts 11:26, which means “one belonging to the Anointed One,” just as Herodianos would mean “one who belongs to Herod.” As the ultimate Prophet, King and Priest, Jesus Christ was anointed when he began his earthly ministry. This anointing was predicted by Isaiah in Isaiah 61:1 when he said that the Spirit of the Lord would come upon the Messiah. In God’s time, when Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist, we are told the Holy Spirit came upon him when he came up out of the water. In other words, he was anointed by the Holy Spirit, and that without measure. When Jesus quoted Isaiah 61:1,2 in the synagogue of Nazareth, saying, “The Spirit of the Lord is on me,” he was announcing to the people that he was the Messiah prophesied by Isaiah long ago and that the anointing of the Holy Spirit was now resting upon him. Not only is Jesus Christ anointed, but the Bible tells us that every believer in Jesus Christ is also anointed. We are kings, priests, and prophets under the Priest, Prophet and King, the Lord Jesus Christ. We find references to this in many places. John the Baptist said there was another person coming after him, mightier than himself, who would baptize people in the Holy Spirit and fire. In Acts 1:5 the Lord Jesus Christ himself speaks of this, saying, “For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.” This was fulfilled on the day of Pentecost, as we read in Acts 2:4: “All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.” The Greek word for anointing is chrisma, from which we have the word chrism. Chrisma appears several times in 1 John 2:20 and 27. It comes from the root word, chriô, which means to rub something or someone lightly with a substance like oil or lotion. Thus, when John writes in 1 John 2:20, “But you have a chrisma, an anointing,” he was referring to the coming of the Holy Spirit upon every believer.;

.

Now “the Israel of God”  includes all who belong to Christ, Jews and non-Jews alike.  Being a part of the Israel of God is the privilege of all who abide in Christ, because Jesus is true Israel, God’s chosen One.

.

“Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him, where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, but Christ is all and in all” (Colossians 3:9-11).

.

Galatians 3: 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

St. Paul: The converted now Christian

St. Paul: The converted now Christian Apostle Jews Love to Hate. He was a Jew from Tarsus, in what is today southeastern Turkey, and a Roman citizen. His Jewish name was Saul, but Paul his Roman one. He made his way from Tarsus to Palestine, where he became a virulent opponent of the growing movement that Jesus had launched, He was later to devote himself to spreading the message of Jesus, whose followers had accepted him as the Christ (the anointed), which was the Greek equivalent of the anointed Messiah. According to the Acts of the Apostles the word “Christian” first came into use at Antioch, applicable to those anointed as well. Paul’s emphasis of non-Jewish Christians seems set in motion the detachment of Christianity from its Jewish origins. Paul proclaimed in his letter to the Galatians that there was no difference between slave and free, Jew and Greek, and male and female: “You are all one in Jesus Christ.” In doing this Paul separated all Christians from the past Jewish roots of their faith. “It was also Paul who delivered the Christian religion from Judaism.” Not only were the early Roman Gentile Christ-followers pressured to disassociate from the “Jewish community”, but the mainstream Jewish community also, were not happy with their new  allegiance to Jesus.

Paul never forgot that he was a Jew,” but remembering his Jewishness does not necessarily imply that he lived according to Jewish law .There is no way that he himself could have consorted with the gentile Christians if he saw himself as totally Jewish. Many they do not accept the present return of the Jews to their ancient homeland as part of any Israel  restoration. As none is promised, mentioned in the New Testament.

trial-of-the-apostle-paul

Most Jews in Israel and abroad are still unbelievers in Jesus and therefore must be considered God’s enemies. The only character faring worse than a Nazi is the Pharisee . They hated Jesus because He threatened their security, prestige and income. He was going to ruin everything they had worked so hard for. But most of all, they the Jews hate Jesus because he claimed to be from God, and as time went on, dared to make himself equal to God. Paul’s words, “that from the standpoint of the gospel they are enemies” (Rom. 11:27). If they’re enemies of the gospel, they argue, then they are enemies of God. Paul because he had fashioned a new Religion around Jesus “the Messiah”, for the Jews had rejected that Jesus was “The Messiah” and were not ever going to recognize this new Religion of Pauls fashioned around Jesus “The Messiah”. So they hated Paul, with a vengence, they wanted him dead, 1 Cor. 3:10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. 3:11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.( Greek-the Messiah)

.

There is a lot the Jewish leaders don’t like about Jesus, but their most intense, murderous fury is directed toward him because he believes “I am [the Christ, the Son of the Blessed], and you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven” (14:62).
.
Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men: Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sin always: For the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost. I Thessalonians 2:14-16
.
Instead of leading them toward fulfillment of the promises God had given Israel, most of the Jews with their legalistically based self-righteousness motivated them to reject and kill the Messiah and His followers. Jews frequently and viciously attack Jesus Christ and Christians. Jews reject  Jesus because of their inherited trait of believing themselves to be perfect, inerrant, supreme, and without sin.
.

Jews also do not accept Jesus as the messiah because specifically,  he did not

  1. Build the Third Temple (Ezekiel 37:26-28).
  2. Gather all Jews back to the Land of Israel (Isaiah 43:5-6).
  3. Usher in an era of world peace, and end all hatred, oppression, suffering and disease. As it says: “Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall man learn war anymore.” (Isaiah 2:4) The primary reason that Jews do not believe in Jesus as the Messiah is that after his arrival and death the Jewish world was not redeemed.
  4. Spread universal knowledge of the God of Israel, which will unite humanity as one. As it says: “God will be King over all the world – on that day, God will be One and His Name will be One” (Zechariah 14:9).
  5. Establish Israel as a dominate force, religion. The Messiah did not  lead all of the   people to full Torah observance.

.

The Jewish Oligarchy  also continues to attack Russia by causing trouble in Ukraine, Crimea, Poland, Baltic Countries, and all European borders. This hatred of Russia and President Vladimir Putin results from President Putin’s strong Russian Orthodox Christian faith and because President Putin destroyed the evil 100 Jewish Oligarchs who took over 90 percent of Russia’s private industries after the fall of the Soviet Union.
 .
The  apostle  Paul,  Jesus called into question the meaning of the primary Jewish traditions, symbols— their Sabbath, food taboos, ethnic identity, ancestral lands, and ultimately the Temple itself. Everything that was held to be important by “the Jews” is dismissed  as insignificant. Christ replaces or supersedes Judaism.  There is no room left for Judaism as an expression of God’s will.  1 Corinthians 16:22 If anyone does not love the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be accursed. O Lord, come! 23 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. 24 My love be with you all in Christ Jesus. Amen.
.
Paul’s conversion was indeed a move away from Judaism, evidenced by Apostle Paul’s complaints about Peter’s hypocrisy on the   ethnic boundary issues between Jews and Gentiles . Paul stated that the Jesus Christ’s  Kingdom had come and with its arrival, old human distinctions had passed away, (2 Cor 5:17). This was a vision of Christ and his Kingdom, with no “men or women,” “masters or slaves,” or “Jews or Gentiles” (Gal 3:28). Human bodies (earthen vessels) would be transformed (Phil 3:21) and nations themselves (Romans 13:1) would be engulfed by God’s Kingdom.

As per Acts 10   it was revealed to Peter in a vision that the gospel was to be freely given to the Gentiles. God had to tell Peter three times that it was permitted for him to enter a Gentile home and freely give the gospel to Gentiles. This would have been a very difficult thing for him to accept. As a Jew, he had been brought up to believe that it was forbidden him to have close fellowship with a Gentile or for him to eat a meal in a Gentile home. Gentile believers did not need to submit to   Jewish customs. Gentiles would not be required to offer sacrifices or keep the Sabbath day or observe dietary laws.

James, Jesus’ brother, had sent men from Jerusalem to Antioch to segregate the Gentiles from Jews during meals (Gal 2:12,13) this was a false a rejection the core gospel message; a perverse turning back to an older, weaker, unnecessary need for Jewish Law (Gal 3:1-3). Instead of standing up for what he knew was right, Peter backed down and  began to withdraw from the Gentile believers within the church at Antioch. Peter was intimidated by the disciples of James. Barnabas and the other Jewish Christians were intimidated by Peter’s defection. By running away from the problem, Peter had created a far greater problem. Paul was willing to endure the pain of conflict with Peter in order to defend the truth of the gospel.  Peter’s separation had violated his own conviction that the racial division between Jews and Gentiles should not exist in the church.  But when I saw that they were not straightforward about the truth of the gospel, I said to Cephas in the presence of all, “If you, being a Jew, live like the Gentiles and not like the Jews, how is it that you compel the Gentiles to live like Jews?” (Galatians 2:14).  We { Peter and Paul are both Jewish. } are Jews by nature, and not sinners from among the Gentiles; 16 nevertheless knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we may be justified by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the Law; since by the works of the Law shall no flesh be justified.” (Galatians 2:15-16). A man is not justified by the works of the law (2:16). But now in Christ Jesus you who formerly were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ . For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one, and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall. (Ephesians 2:13-14).  For through the Law I died to the Law, that I might live to God. I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me, and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and delivered Himself up for me. I do not nullify the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly. (Galatians 2:19-21
.

Paul wrote to the Galatian churches, he spoke first of those who are like the false teachers of 2 Peter 2 and 3 in that their “gospel” is not the true gospel, and their destiny does not seem to be heaven:  I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel; 7 which is [really] not another; only there are some who are disturbing you, and want to distort the gospel of Christ. 8 But even though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to that which we have preached to you, let him be accursed. 9 As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to that which you received, let him be accursed (Galatians 1:6-9). The Christian Jews  as also today thought that being Jews made them better than Gentiles. They falsely looked upon Gentiles as sinners and upon themselves as saints

.

11 Therefore remember, that formerly you, the Gentiles in the flesh, who are called “Uncircumcision” by the so-called “Circumcision,” [which is] performed in the flesh by human hands— 12 [remember] that you were at that time separate from Christ, excluded from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who formerly were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. 14 For He Himself is our peace, who made both [groups into] one, and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall, 15 by abolishing in His flesh the enmity, [which is] the Law of commandments [contained] in ordinances, that in Himself He might make the two into one new man, [thus] establishing peace, 16 and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the enmity. 17 AND HE CAME AND PREACHED PEACE TO YOU WHO WERE FAR AWAY, AND PEACE TO THOSE WHO WERE NEAR; 18 for through Him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father. 19 So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God’s household, 20 having been built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner [stone], 21 in whom the whole building, being fitted together is growing into a holy temple in the Lord; 22 in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit (Ephesians 2:11-22).
.
The apostles were  correct when they state that the Jewish law was a yoke which neither they nor their  fathers    were able to bear.  This is demonstrated by a survey of Israel’s history. At the birth of the nation at Mount Sinai, they broke the law by worshipping the golden calf. At the end of Old Testament history, they still broke the law by disregarding the Sabbath and marrying pagan women (Nehemiah 13). From beginning to end, Israel could not bear the yoke of the law. Apostle James quoted the prophecy in Amos 9:11-12 about rebuilding the fallen tabernacle of David, he remembered that the Judaism of his day had fallen down in the sense that it had rejected its Messiah. Now God wanted to rebuild that work, focusing on a new church made up of   Jew and Gentile.

.

God in the Bible New Testament next  Cursed the Jews and Cast Them Aside.

Matthew 23.38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
Luke 13.35 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
Acts 1.20 For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take.
Galatians 4.27 For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband.

Jesus told the Jews, ” Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do.” John 8:44

Why Israel lost its right to the promised land

israel

The biblical answer to that question is that God alone determines the “rights” that any of us have. Something is right or wrong because of Divine decree, not human feeling or human reason. The existence of God previous to the creation of the universe and mankind gives Him the right to determine our “rights.” the Bible does not teach us to be partial to Israel or to the Palestinians because either has a special divine status.
 .
Nor do I deny that God promised to Israel the presently disputed land from the time of Abraham onward. God said to Moses, “This is the land of which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, ‘I will give it to your offspring'” (Deuteronomy 34:4).
.
But neither of these Biblical facts leads necessarily to the endorsement of present-day Israel as the rightful possessor of all the disputed land. Israel may have such a right. And she may not. But that decision is not based on divine privilege. Why? The Christian plea in the Middle East to Palestinians and Jews is: “Believe on the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved” (Acts 16:31).
 .
The privileged right to the land are conditional on Israel’s keeping the covenant God made with her. Thus God said to Israel, “If you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession among all peoples” (Exodus 19:5). Israel has no warrant to a present experience of divine privilege when she is not keeping covenant with God.
 .
Israel was chosen for three purposes:
1. to worship God in this land and show the world the blessing of serving the one true God of the Universe;
2. to receive, record and transmit the Word of God (through them we have our Bible);
3. to be the human channel for the Messiah from whom we have our salvation.
“The LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for his treasured possession, out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth” (Deuteronomy 7:6).
But now they are hidden from your eyes. . . . You did not know the time of your visitation” (Luke 19:42-44).
 .
And why does Jesus have Gentile and not a Jewish name?
 .
When the builders rejected the beautiful Cornerstone, Jesus said, “The kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people producing its fruits” (Matthew 21:43). He explained, “Many will come from east and west and recline at table with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven, while the sons of the kingdom will be thrown into the outer darkness” (Matthew 8:11-12)
 .
Aaron will be gathered to his people because he will not enter into the land which I have given to the children of Israel because you rebelled against Me at the water of Meribah.” (‭‭Numbers‬ ‭20:24‬ ‭MEV‬‬)
 .
God has saving purposes for ethnic Israel (Romans 11:25-26). But for now the people are at enmity with God in rejecting the gospel of Jesus Christ, their Messiah (Romans 11:28). God has expanded his saving work to embrace all peoples (including Palestinians) who will trust his Son and depend on his death and resurrection for salvation. “Is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also, since God is one. He will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith” (Romans 3:29-30).
 .
Abraham himself looked neither at the Ur or the promised land, but to heaven itself: Heb 6:19; 9:11,24
 .
Heb 11:8-19 By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed by going out to a place which he was to receive for an inheritance… he lived as an alien in the land of promise… he was looking for the city which has foundations, whose architect and builder is God…All these died in faith, without receiving the promises, but having seen them and having welcomed them from a distance, and having confessed that they were strangers and exiles on the earth. For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own. And indeed if they had been thinking of that country from which they went out, they would have had opportunity to return. But as it is, they desire a better country, that is a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God; for He has prepared a city for them.
 .
“Can a religious Jewish person be saved apart from faith in Jesus?” No. No matter how religious, no one can be forgiven of their sins and accepted by God without personal faith in Jesus It was to Jewish men that Jesus spoke when He said, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6). Think of it this way: If there were some other way for Jewish people, or any people, to be saved other than through faith in Jesus, then God the Father would have been a fool for letting His Son die on a cross! If keeping the Law of Moses could save people, Jesus would have told people to keep the Law. But instead, Jesus declared that Jewish people and all people need to trust in Him: “If you believed Moses, you would believe Me, for he wrote about Me” (John 5:46).

 Jewish expectation of the MILLENNIUM
 .
The Jewish leadership at the time of Jesus falsely expected a political, an earthly kingdom, a re-establishment of the nation of Israel in a physical or political sense under the rulership of the Messiah. They were not satisfied with a spiritual kingdom (cp. Jesus’ words to Pilate, where he described his reign, his kingdom as “not of this world (age)”) but rather insisted in their conviction of how they (mis)understood the Scriptures that Messiah would establish an earthly kingdom with Messiah as a literal political king.   The Jews forfeited any and all claims to the kingdom because of unbelief. The “nation” that bears the fruit of the kingdom of God is the church, the Israel of God. The Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 21:43, says: Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it. When John the Baptist, referring to Jesus of Nazareth, proclaimed, “Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” he was not only pointing to Messiah but he was announcing the end of Judaism and the Old covenant.  Matthew 23 38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. Luke 1335 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. Acts 1 20 For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take.Judas Iscariot is the example of the Jews who reject Jesus, nation of Israel. John 13 2 And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray him;
.
Galatians 3:16-19 16 Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “And to your Seed,” who is Christ. 17 And this I say, that the law, which was four hundred and thirty years later, cannot annul the covenant that was confirmed before by God in Christ, that it should make the promise of no effect. 18 For if the inheritance is of the law, it is no longer of promise; but God gave it to Abraham by promise. 19 What purpose then does the law serve? It was added because of transgressions, till the Seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was appointed through angels by the hand of a mediator.
 .
And Jeremiah says that God has the right regarding a nation “to pluck up, to pull down, and to destroy it…”
Psalm 37:9 “For evildoers shall be cut off; But those who wait on the LORD, They shall inherit the earth.”
And Jesus in Matthew 5:5 “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.”
Romans 2:8-11  but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness — indignation and wrath, 9 tribulation and anguish, on every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek; 10 but glory, honor, and peace to everyone who works what is good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 11 For there is no partiality with God.
Romans 2:28-29 28 For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; 29 but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the  heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God.
Romans 3:29-30 29 Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God of the gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also, 30 since there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the
uncircumcised through faith.
Romans 4:16 “Therefore it is of faith that it might be according to grace, so that the promise might be sure to all the seed, not only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all.”
The Church is the final object of the love of God in Christ [John 17] and there is nothing to follow the church. When Christ returns at the end of
this ‘present age’ the ‘age to come’ continues forever.
Romans 4:13-14 For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
Romans 10:12-13 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13 For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.”

 Christian expectation of the MILLENNIUM
 .
Christians today who are expecting an earthly kingdom with Jesus as a political world ruler who will reign the world from a physical throne at Jerusalem are making the same or a very similar mistake as the Jews in Jesus’ day? Why would Jesus come back as an earthly world ruler when he did not come as such when he first was present as a physical person? Is the truth not rather that Jesus after his ascension into the presence of God (heaven) received his reign over his spiritual kingdom from the hands of his Father (cp. Dan 7:13-14) and that he since reigns and that indeed —  just as the angel Gabriel had announced to his mother Mary — of his kingdom (reign) there shall be no end (cp Lk 1:33)? Why should Christians wait for the beginning of Christ’s reign at a yet undetermined time in the future, if he already reigns and we are to submit our lives to him already now? Also, if that kingdom of Christ has not come as of yet, we would still be living  in the same age as Christ lived, the Old Testament age, and the end of that world (that age) would not have come as of yet … do those who teach a yet future coming of the kingdom and coming of the king realize such implications of their teachings? Note also the “kingdom of God is at hand”, not yet future.
 .
Ignorant of the Bible people are overlooking the general truth that the Old Testament period had earthly and physical things as types and shadows, while the New Testament realities corresponding to those types and shadows are of a heavenly and spiritual nature. It is not that Gentiles will be saved in the manner of Jews, but that Jews will be saved in the manner of Gentiles!  While a vast numbers of Jews may be saved through the Gospel message at the end of the age  but I do have a problem with the idea that all of Jews will be saved because of their birth certificate.
 .
The focus of the Bible is the church and not national Israel  as the First Principle of Interpretation is on how you view the focus of the Bible. The Jews or the church is an essential point. The true church is found in both the OT and the NT. By the ‘church’ I mean those Gentiles and Jews chosen by God and who believe the same Gospel that true Christians preach today  as it was instituted on the Day of Pentecost in Acts 2.
 .
“And so all Israel will be saved….” All Israel will be saved, but again, who or what is “all Israel”? TheChrch There has always been only a “remnant” of Israel after the flesh included in God’s elect. There never was a generation of Jews who were all saved. Salvation is effected through the gospel by faith. Romans 10:1-17
 .
The mystery of the ages is not that there would be the church but rather the make-up of the church. The mystery that has been revealed is that the true church has always been made of Gentiles and Jews. The church is the total number of the redeemed and includes only individuals who were saved by grace one at a time. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.  For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, ‘The just shall live by faith.’ ” Romans 1:16-17. verse 18! “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and  unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness.”
Galatians 1:6-9 6 I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel,7 which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. 9 As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed.
 .
God deals with individuals and not nations in the matter of eternal salvation.
 .
God has always included the Gentiles in the number of His elect.
 .
Of course the Bible is about both the Jews and the church but what is its end objective, its focus!
 .
Amillennialism is by far the most dominant eschatological position in the history of Christianity. (“Eschatology” refers to the doctrine of “last things,” meaning the end times.)
Hebrews 1:1-2 i “In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways,” writes the author of Hebrews,” but in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the universe” (NIV).
the phrase “last days” is associated with the first coming of Christ. Likewise, 1 Peter 1:20 tell of the “last days” being associated with Christ: “He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake.”
 .
God is finished with Israel as a national entity.  Christ has won the decisive victory over sin, death and Satan. By living a sinless life and by dying on the cross as the sacrifice of atonement for our sin, Christ defeated sin. By undergoing death and then victoriously rising from the grave, Christ defeated death. By resisting the devil’s temptations, by perfectly obeying God, and by his death and resurrection, Christ delivered a deathblow to Satan and his evil hosts. This victory of Christ’s was decisive and final. The most important day in history, therefore, is not the Second Coming of Christ which is still future but the first coming which lies in the past. Because of the victory of Christ, the ultimate issues of history have already been decided. It is now only a question of time until that victory is brought to its final consummation. the kingdom of God was founded by Christ at the time of his sojourn on earth, is operative in history now and is destined to be revealed in its fullness in the life to come. They understand the kingdom of God to be the reign of God dynamically active in human history through Jesus Christ. Its purpose is to redeem God’s people from sin and from demonic powers, and finally to establish the new heavens and the new earth. The kingdom of God means nothing less than the reign of God in Christ over his entire created universe.
 .
The kingdom of God is therefore both a present reality and a future hope. Jesus clearly taught that the kingdom was already present during his earthly ministry: “But if I drive out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you” (Mt. 12:28, NIV). When the Pharisees asked Jesus when the kingdom of God was coming, he replied, “The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed; nor will they say, `Lo, here it is!’ or `There!’ for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you” (Lk. 17:20-21).
 .
We must remember that even though Paul was writing under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit did not reveal to him or to anyone else the time of the Second Coming (Mark 13:32; Acts 1:7)
 .
Massive confusion exists within Christian churches about the “Millennium,” a unique thousand-year period depicted in the book of Revelation.  Revelation 20 in its entirety:
 .
“1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. 4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the east, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. 7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, 8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. 9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. 10 And the devil that deceived them
was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. 11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation 20, King James Version, with verses left in)”
 .
Two significant facts should be noted: Revelation 20 doesn’t say there will be peace on earth during the 1000 years.
 .
Revelation 20 doesn’t say Jesus Christ will rule during the 1000 years from the present city of Jerusalem.
 .
Historical Other texts make it clear that when Jesus returns, those left behind will be destroyed, not given another chance during some hypothetical “seven-year Tribulation” (which, by the way, is nowhere specifically referred to in the Bible). 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9 – When Jesus returns in flaming fire, the lost will be destroyed.
 .
Revelation 16:17-18 – At Armageddon, cities crumble around the world.
Revelation 6:14; 16:20 – Every island sinks, and all the mountains disappear.
Jeremiah 4:23-26 – Planet Earth is totally devastated, with “no man” left alive.
Jeremiah 25:30-33 – Those slain by the Lord lie dead, unburied, all around the world.
Revelation 19:17-18, 21 – The birds eat the flesh of every human being worldwide.
These verses teach that those not “caught up” when Christ returns will be destroyed, and the destruction will encompass all the earth, as it did during Noah’s flood. Jesus Himself taught this. “The flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the son of man be” (Matthew 24:39).
Verse 5a – “The rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished”
Verse 7 – “When the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison”
 .
At the end of the 1000 years, “the rest of the dead” are raised, and Satan is “loosed.” Therefore the raising of the “rest of the dead” is what  “looses” the devil. Satan then swoops into these resurrected nations (now alive in the four corners of the earth), deceives them again, and then gathers them for the grand finale (verses 8-9).
 .
What does all this mean? The answer will come shortly after we examine a few more crucial points. What should be clear so far however, that the common notion of the Millennium, reflected in Left Behind, leaves much to be desired. In fact, it’s completely bogus.
 .
The word “millennium” is not in the Bible, and neither is the concept of premillennialism found in the Scriptures. A look for “thousand year reign of Christ” or “millenial reign of Christ” or even “millenium” and “thousand year kingdom” in the Bible produces nothing … in other words, such terms are not even used in the Scriptures.  This verse does not say that Christ reigned one thousand years, it does say that those witnesses who had been killed for their witness of Jesus and the word of God reigned “with Christ a thousand years”.
 .
We do note immediately that Rev 20 does not speak of a thousand year reign of Christ. We do read the following in Rev 20:4:… and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, … and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
 .
Consider for example the following points.
There is no mention or indication that this reign is an earthly reign over a kingdom in a political sense.
There is no mention about the resurrected witnesses living again in a human body on earth (a “bodily resurrection”).
There is no mention about Christ coming or returning to earth or Jerusalem.
There is no mention that Christ and the resurrected witnesses live on earth at that time.
There is no mention of Christians or the church in general as having been resurrected and living on earth.
There is no mention of the believers being resurrected a thousand years before the unbelievers.
There is no literal reign of Christ over an earthly kingdom. Christ is presently reigning over a spiritual kingdom in either:   (1) the hearts of
men;  (2) heaven, or (3) the church. The 1,000 years is a symbol representing an extended period of time.3 Many amillennialists believe that the fullness of the kingdom has already arrived on earth and we are presently in the age between the first and second resurrections. “Generally speaking, this view holds that Christ will return in His second coming and immediately usher in the new heaven and the new earth with no intervening thousand-year reign. This view interprets many
 .
Some examples from various passages of Scripture will illustrate the use of the word “thousand” in this type of expression.
 .
Deu 7:9Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which  keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;
1 Chr 16:1515 Be ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a  thousand generations;
Job 9:3 If he will contend with him, he cannot answer him one of a thousand.
Psa 50:10 For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.
Psa 90:4 For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
Psalm 105:8 He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.
Eccl 7:28Which yet my soul seeketh, but I find not: one man among a thousand have I found; but a woman among all those have I not found.
Dan 7:10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.
2Pe 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
 .
So we read about “thousand years”, “thousand generations”, “thousand hills”, “thousand (people)” etc. In each of these passages it is clear that the reference is not to a literal “1000” of these things, people, years, but that the number is meant figuratively or symbolically. “Thousand” them can mean “many”, or “something whole or complete”, etc. but not exactly 1000 of whatever is in view in a literal sense.
 .
Many passages in the Old and New Testaments that refer to the millennial kingdom as being fulfilled in a nonliteral way, either in the present experience of the church on earth or the experience of the church in heaven.”4 For example, Jerome: “The saints will in no wise have an earthly kingdom, but only a celestial one; thus must cease the fable of one thousand years.” 5
 .
The premillennialists place the return of Christ just before the millennium and just after a time of great apostasy and tribulation. After the millennium, Satan will be loosed and Gog and Magog will rise against the kingdom of God; this will be immediately followed by the final judgment. While similar in some respects to the dispensational variety (in that they hold to Christ’s return being previous the establishment of a thousand-year earthly reign), historical premillennialism differs in significant ways (notably in their method of interpreting Scripture).
 .
Reality :Israel and the church: the church is the fulfillment of Israel. Revelation and the various judgment prophecies in the Gospels, believing that the majority of those prophecies were fulfilled in 70 A.D. at the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem. the Kingdom of God was inaugurated at Christ’s resurrection (hence the term “inaugurated millennialism”) at which point he gained victory over both Satan and the Curse. Christ is even  now reigning (hence the term “nunc-millennialism” — nunc means “now”) at the right hand of the Father over His church.
 .
After this present age has ended, Christ will return and immediately usher the church into their eternal state after judging the wicked.  The Rapture: The saints, living and dead, shall meet the Lord in the clouds and immediately proceed to judge the nations with Christ and then follow Him nto their eternal state.
 .
The amillennial perspective emphasizes that the coming of the Kingdom of God is a two-part event. The first portion dawned at Christ’s first advent (John the Baptist proclaimed at this time, “The kingdom of heaven is at hand” — Matthew 3:2). At the cross, Christ won final victory over death and Satan. And then He ascended to reign upon the throne of David forever (Luke 1:32-33; Acts 2:30-31). Now because we “look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal” (2 Corinthians 4:18) — because of this, the amillennialist sees the final things already
accomplished, though not yet seen by sight, but by faith (2 Corinthians 5:7).
 .
An important note is the amilleniallist’s view of the church in this world: a role of suffering. The Christian will be hated by all, just as was Christ (Matthew 10:22), for a servant is not greater than his master. Seeing this as the church’s role on earth — to suffer as did Christ — the amillenialist can hold no hope for an earthly exaltation and longs for the fulfillment of the second stage of the coming of the Kingdom.
 .
This second stage of the amillennial perspective is the final consummation of all the heavenly promises. The Christian will no longer see by faith alone, but by sight. All the shadowy things will pass away and our eternal reign with Christ will begin. The amillennialist, expecting no earthly glory for the church, places all his hope on this heavenly glory.

Galatians 2:6 God shows personal favoritism to no man
Galatians 3:7-9 7 Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham. 8 And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, “In you all the nations shall be blessed.” 9 So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham.
Galatians 3:26-29 26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
Galatians 4:21-31 21 Tell me, you who desire to be under the law, do you not hear the law? 22 For it is written that Abraham had two sons: the one by a bondwoman, the other by a freewoman. 23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born according to the flesh, and the of the freewoman through promise, 24 which things are symbolic. For these are the two covenants: the one from Mount Sinai which gives birth to bondage, which is Hagar —
25 for this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and corresponds to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children –26 but the Jerusalem above is free, which is the mother of us all. 27 For it is written:”Rejoice, O barren, You who do not bear! Break forth and shout, You who are not in labor! For the desolate has many more children Than she who has a husband.” 8 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise. 29 But, as he who was born according to the flesh then persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, even so it is now. 30 Nevertheless what does the Scripture say? “Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.” 31 So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman but of the free.
Ephesians 2:19-22 19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, 20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone, 21 in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, 22 in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God

HRM is a modern form of the Pharisaical-Judaizing

“The more I hear from proponents of the HRM the more I am persuaded it is a modern form of the Pharisaical-Judaizing heresy condemned in Scripture. More broadly I think these criticisms also apply to a large part of the Messianic Christianity movement  The problem is that what is attracting them is not a better understanding of the gospel at all but something straight from the pit of Hell. Consider this (dates approximate):
 .
AD 39-40: The Church in Jerusalem concluded that God has rescinded the Mosaic Law’s Jew-Gentile separation provisions (Acts 10-11).
AD 49-50 (the exact order of the following series is immaterial to the points being made):
 .
Paul confronts Peter and Barnabas for their hypocrisy in separating themselves from Gentile believers in the Church in Galatia.
Later, Paul writes to the Galatians to warn them in the strongest terms against (supposed) Christians who were teaching them that Gentile believers needed to keep the Mosaic ceremonial/worship laws in order to be right with God.
The Church concluded that Gentile believers ARE NOT to be subjected to the ceremonial/worship provisions of the Mosaic Law (Acts 15).
AD 62-68 (again, the exact dates for writing each of these is immaterial to the points made):
 .
Paul writes (First) Timothy, offering him instruction for his pastoral duties (Ephesian Church).
Paul writes to Titus, giving him counsel on his pastoral duties (Cretan Church).
Paul writes further instruction to (Second) Timothy in the discharge of his pastoral duties.
In all three letters one of the critical issues Paul addressed was the heresy of the Judaizers, those who would require Gentile Christians to practice the Mosaic ceremonial/worship laws.
Did you follow the progression of these things? From eliminating Jew-Gentile separation, to removal of Mosaic law provisions on Gentiles, to fighting against those who would place Christians back under slavery to the Mosaic Law. This is as serious as it gets. This is a matter of life and death. Accordingly, the Scriptures speak of these things in the hardest terms. You can see this in the Scriptures themselves:
 .
And he [Peter] said to them [the Gentiles in Cornelius’ household], “You yourselves know how unlawful it is for a Jew to associate with or to visit anyone of another nation, but God has shown me that I should not call any person common or unclean. So when I was sent for, I came without objection. I ask then why you sent for me.” (Act 10:28-29 ESV)
 .
[Peter speaking to the Jewish Christians in the Jerusalem Church] “If then God gave the same gift to them [Gentile Christians] as he gave to us when we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could stand in God’s way?” When they heard these things they fell silent. And they glorified God, saying, “Then to the Gentiles also God has granted repentance that leads to life.” (Act 11:17-18)
 .
Yet because of false brothers secretly brought in– who slipped in to spy out our freedom that we have in Christ Jesus, so that they might bring us into slavery– to them we did not yield in submission even for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel might be preserved for you. (Gal 2:4-5)
 .
We ourselves are Jews by birth and not Gentile sinners; yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified. (Gal 2:15-16)
 .
For all who rely on works of the law are under a curse; for it is written, “Cursed be everyone who does not abide by all things written in the Book of the Law, and do them.” (Gal 3:10)
 .
You are severed from Christ, you who would be justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace. (Gal 5:4)
 .
I have confidence in the Lord that you will take no other view, and the one who is troubling you will bear the penalty, whoever he is. But if I, brothers, still preach circumcision, why am I still being persecuted? In that case the offense of the cross has been removed. I wish those who unsettle you would emasculate themselves! (Gal 5:10-12)
 .
But some believers who belonged to the party of the Pharisees rose up and said, “It is necessary to circumcise them [Gentile believers] and to order them to keep the law of Moses.”
 .
The apostles and the elders were gathered together to consider this matter. And after there had been much debate, Peter stood up and said to them,
 .
Brothers, you know that in the early days God made a choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel and believe. And God, who knows the heart, bore witness to them, by giving them the Holy Spirit just as he did to us, and he made no distinction between us and them, having cleansed their hearts by faith. Now, therefore, why are you putting God to the test by placing a yoke on the neck of the disciples that neither our fathers nor we have been able to bear?” (Act 15:5-10)
 .
As I urged you when I was going to Macedonia, remain at Ephesus so that you may charge certain persons not to teach any different doctrine, nor to devote themselves to myths and endless genealogies, which promote speculations rather than the stewardship from God that is by faith. (1Ti 1:3-4)
 .
The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith. Certain persons, by swerving from these, have wandered away into vain discussion, desiring to be teachers of the law, without understanding either what they are saying or the things about which they make confident assertions. (1Ti 1:5-7)
 .
Have nothing to do with irreverent, silly myths. Rather train yourself for godliness; for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come. (1Ti 4:7-8)
 .
If anyone teaches a different doctrine and does not agree with the sound words of our Lord Jesus Christ and the teaching that accords with godliness, he is puffed up with conceit and understands nothing. He has an unhealthy craving for controversy and for quarrels about words, which produce envy, dissension, slander, evil suspicions, and constant friction among people who are depraved in mind and deprived of the truth, imagining that godliness is a means of gain. (1Ti 6:3-5)
 .
O Timothy, guard the deposit entrusted to you. Avoid the irreverent babble and contradictions of what is falsely called “knowledge,” (1Ti 6:20)
 .
This testimony is true. Therefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith, not devoting themselves to Jewish myths and the commands of people who turn away from the truth. (Tit 1:13-14)
 .
But avoid foolish controversies, genealogies, dissensions, and quarrels about the law, for they are unprofitable and worthless. As for a person who stirs up division, after warning him once and then twice, have nothing more to do with him, knowing that such a person is warped and sinful; he is self-condemned. (Tit 3:9-11)
 .
Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels. And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will. (2Ti 2:23-26)
 .
But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. (2Ti 3:1-5)
 .
For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths. (2Ti 4:3-4)
 .
Consider the severity with which Scripture speaks about the teaching that ceremonial/worship aspects of the Mosaic Law still apply to Christians. Emasculation! Devoted to myths! Foolish controversies! Depraved minds! Puffed up with conceit! Unhealthy cravings! Warped, sinful, self-condemned! In the very same passage where Paul teaches us to correct with gentleness he observes that those who buy into the HRM are trapped in the snare of the Devil! Clearly gentleness does not preclude hard words.   Hebrew Roots Movement folks unwisely are adopting practices and habits, accouterments of a “Jewish” lifestyle that actually are derived from a heretical source. These folks do not seem to realize that with the destruction of the Temple the practice of a Jewish form of Christianity ceased to be an option. The core of OT worship was the sacrifices; all of Leviticus, the key book in terms of Jewish life and worship (i.e., life = worship, worship is life), is built around the sacrifices. They were essential to the maintenance of even the smallest component of the law of cleanliness, etc.. Without sacrifice one CANNOT rightly practice any of the OT worship system.
 .
And when the Temple was destroyed – that was it. All that was left was the Pharisaical/Rabbinical traditions. All that was left was the ethical teaching of the rabbis (the Talmudic tradition) coupled with the imitative worship practices, the “616” applicatory traditions of the Pharisees. Outside the book of Acts we actually do not have any Church exclusive sources of what first century Jewish Christianity was like. All we have are sources that at best seek to interpret what Jewish Christianity must have been like based on similarities with second and later century Diaspora Judaism. It is amazing that Messianic Christians think they are practicing a purer form of Christianity. In reality, they are practicing a form contaminated by unbelieving Jews who maintained their rejection of Jesus as the Messiah.  Quite simply, those who would restore a Jewish form of Christianity are actually restoring the Pharisaical form at best, something condemned by Jesus and done away with at his express command (e.g., Acts 10, 15, the books of Galatians and Hebrews in total). All the practices adopted in Messianic congregations have as their source Rabbinic Judaism, that branch of Judaism that refused to repent of their rejection of the Messiah when in A.D. 70 God removed the earthly temple and left standing only the true spiritual temple, the Church of Christ. The Hebrew Roots Movement, Messianic Christianity, while well intentioned, is yet another deflection from the simple, pure gospel of Jesus Christ. It is based on the heresy of rabbinic Judaism, NOT first century Jewish Christianity. It in the end, like all forms of Jesus + me Christianity, teaches a defective gospel.  “

MESSIANIC JEWS ARE NOT CHRISTIAN

MESSIANIC

All, even the Jewish People do need to convert to Christianity; In John 8:58, Jesus Christ actually declared not only His pre-existence but also took upon Himself the name of God as revealed to Moses in the burning bush: “Amen, amen I tell you, before Abraham was born, I am.” Jesus nor his disciples lived and died as observant Jews in Israel.

Is the Christian movement that goes by the name “Messianic Judaism” a form of Judaism?

One of the saddest stories in the Bible is the story of the Jews rejecting their own Messiah. After spending millennia desperately waiting and anticipating His arrival, most Jews didn’t want Him. They rejected what he taught, now stood for. While Jesus taught a strict form of partial Judaism, enforcing narrow divorce laws there were a few teachings, however, that devout Jews found hard to swallow. The first was that He could forgive sins. Jews believe the forgiveness of sins is a much more involved process than one man’s word. They also believe that if sins are forgiven so easily, it will only lead to more sin. Secondly, Jesus’ teaching to love our enemies and pray for them. This is anathema to the long-suffering Jews who have been persecuted so harshly by so many. It also sounds contradictory to laws in the Old Testament, such as Deuteronomy 17:7, which says to purge evil “from your midst.” The disconnect was that it is good and appropriate for a nation to have and enforce good laws, and to go to war for just causes but Jesus taught that our own dealings should be filled with grace and mercy.

Jews also do not accept Jesus’ teaching that He is the only way to God. With a religious system based on restitution and sincere repentance, Jews have no need of an intermediary to reach God. They reject the need of forgiveness and salvation since they have theory own religion and they also still do not believe mankind has a sin nature, they do not believe any reasonable, attentive person can sin so much that they cannot find forgiveness through their own effort. Their pride in their strict adherence to the law of the Old Testament blinded them to Who Jesus is. Paul says in Romans 9:30-32: What shall we say, then? That Gentiles who did not pursue righteousness have attained it, that is, a righteousness that is by faith; but that Israel who pursued a law that would lead to righteousness did not succeed in reaching that law. Why? Because they did not pursue it by faith, but as if it were based on works. They have stumbled over the stumbling stone.

There are no New Testament promises of any future blessings for Jerusalem, or Israel but only some of them y will come to accept Jesus as their Messiah (Zechariah 12:10).

All real Christians differ in many ways from Messianic Jews including history, beliefs, dress, and practice. Messianic Judaism itself is a relatively new phenomenon. Jews falsely still do believe that an anti-Semitic view of the Messiah’s life and death is a main theology in Christian Europe for thousands of years. … yet the New Testament teaches that there is no distinction between Jews and Gentiles: 26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. (Galatians 3:26-28)

Messianic Jews Tend to Use false Jewish Symbols the Christian Does Not use. And there is not evidence that any of the early Christians they attempted to look and dress like Jewish rabbis as many male Messianic Jews do. The New Testament demonstrates the apostles did not appear to look like Jewish rabbis or Levitical priests. When, for one example, the Apostle Paul was arrested, the authorities did not recognize him as a Jew, but thought he was an Egyptian (Acts 21:37-38). Paul had to tell the military commander he was a Jew (Acts 27:39). Thus, Paul did not look like a Jewish rabbi, nor was he apparently wearing distinguishing phylacteries or tzitzits as the Messianic Jews do. Christian males are not to have their heads covered when the pray: 4 Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonors his head. . . 7 For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God; but woman is the glory of man. (1 Corinthians 11:4,7) Many Messianic Jews do pray with their heads covered. Messianic Jews tend focus on improper aspects of outward appearances and traditions of Judaism.

.
Jews for Jesus are advocating Jewish conversion and assimilation to Christianity, while Messianic Jews are advocating a new sect of Judaism built around a false Jesus, Torah observant lifestyles, and preservation of Jewish identity. Jews for Jesus is a repudiation of Judaism and a Christian missionary organization with the end goal of getting Jews converted and into the Christian church. The beliefs of Jews for Jesus and Messianic Jews produce two vastly different worldviews, sharing perhaps only the Messianic claims of Jesus. The adherents to each live different lives, eat different foods, worship differently and with different congregations, and pass on different values to their children. Messianic Jews are Jewish people who do not follow Jesus as they generally observe the Torah and see their identities within Israel, rather than as Christians..
