Forget the Old testament, as The New Testament apostolic message focused on the new thing God had done in the Messiah, Jesus Christ, the removal of the separations between the Jews and Gentiles, thus  it focused on how salvation is possible for all through Jesus the Messiah, and it did not say much about the future kingdom of God, nor any separate  future kingdom for the Jews.   https://asposed.wordpress.com/2017/09/06/st-paul-the-converted-now-christian/

The Bible tells us that the gift of eternal salvation with God the Father can only be received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not by keeping any laws, or any type of works that we could do, no matter how holy and how pure those laws,  works may appear to be  as the New Testament says
  1. “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8)
  2. “… knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ … for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.” (Galatians 2:16)
  3. “Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin … for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:20,23)
  4. “… who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began.” (2 Timothy 1:9)
  5. “And if by grace, then it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace. But if it is of works, it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work.” (Romans 11:6)
  6. Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.” (Romans 5:1-2)
  7. “For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men …” (Titus 2:11)
  8. “But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved in the same manner as they.” (Acts 15:11)
  9. “But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.” (Ephesians 2:4-7)
  10. “… that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.” (Titus 3:7)
  11. “… for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus …” (Romans 3:23-24)
  12. “For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.” (John 1:17)
  13. “Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace …” (2 Thessalonians 2:16)
  14. “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence …” (Ephesians 1:7-8)
  15. “For if by the one man’s offense, many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.” (Romans 5:15)
  16. “… having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He has made us accepted in the Beloved.” (Ephesians 1:6)
  17. “But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more, so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 5:20)
  18. “I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.” (Galatians 2:21)
.
The Bible makes it very clear that there is no other name and no other way into the kingdom of God other than through the name of Jesus Christ and His sacrificial death on the cross. Jesus Christ is the ONLY WAY to eternal salvation with God the Father, that there is no other name under heaven by which man can be saved, and that no one comes to the Father except through Jesus Christ and His sacrificial death on the cross.
  • “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)
  • “For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all …” (1 Timothy 2:5)
  • “There is one body and one Spirit … one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” (Ephesians 4:4)
  • Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)
  • “I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and find pasture … I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” (John 10:9)
  • Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life, he who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die.” (John 11:25)
  • Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” (John 8:12)
  • And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.” (John 6:35)
  • “I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.” (John 6:51)
  • “… whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life
  • For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:15-16)
.
“But in vain do they worship me, teaching as their teachings commandments of men. For, leaving the commandment of God, ye hold what is delivered by men to keep”, Mark 7: 7-8.
.
(Isa 30:1 KJV) Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin:

There are several basic, ground rules in proper Bible interpretation that must be followed by all persons now  before anyone even attempts to fully study the Holy Scripture. The first rule is pray and ask the Holy spirit to guide you, to teach you.. not rather self, mere men or women.. we should seek first and not last the Holy Spirit for illumination. The Holy Spirit wants to share the treasures of God’s Word with those who rightfully do esteem Him. The most important principle to remember in studying God’s Word is that it can only be understood with the help of the Holy Spirit.  Those who approach the Bible without the Holy Spirit to teach them, may gain some insight into truths, their lives, but also  will receive no definite, permanent, important life-changing revelation.  https://dispensatiionalism.wordpress.com/2015/09/20/what-does-the-bible-say-as-opposed-to-man/

So why do some people still try to be saved, make up for their past sins, inadequacies by keeping laws? Pride? or they want to be the center of attention, feelings of shame? to compensate for their feelings of inadequacy. But to add anything to the work of Christ for salvation actually negates God’s grace. Paul says, “I do not nullify the grace of God, for if justification were through the law, then Christ died for no purpose” (Gal. 2:21). False teachers – those who teach  a combination of God’s grace and human effort and thus are  called “Judaizers.” They attempt to merit God’s grace through the performance of ritualistic acts. The word Judaizer comes from a Greek verb meaning “to live according to Jewish customs.” or under the bondage of the Old Testament Law. “I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing” (Galatians 2:21).
.
I find it so absurd that many people still tend to not know what the Bible teaches, they believe their churches false teachings on importance of the Laws,  Eternal Security, Healing, Zionism, Dispensationalism,  Tithing etc. Jews do not have any special place for their personal salvation without Jesus Christ.
.
OVER AGAIN IS IT THAT SOME ARE ALSO TRYING SO HARD TO PROVE PERSONAL ETERNAL SECURITY TO OTHERS IF THIS WAS SUCH AN OBVIOUS POINT? WHILE ONLY JESUS CAN SAVE US FROM OUR SINS, PERSONAL ETERNAL SECURITY IS STILL A FARCE, A NEW DOCTRINE OF ONLY  THE LAST 200 YEARS INVENTED BY THE  FALSE BRETHREN DISPENSATIONALIST REV JOHN DARBY AND IT HAS NOT EVEN A PART OF CHRISTIANITY THE 1800 YEARS BEFORE THAT NOW TOO  https://postedat.wordpress.com/2012/07/16/eternal-security/

.

(1 Cor 9:27 KJV)  But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

.

Personal Resurrection is also the focal point of the New Testament.  The Rapture  is not.  And it seems now that 50 percent of once loudly professing Christians will next become Apostates, sell Jesus cause they falsely did not get what they wanted, even wealth, power, fame, recognition, more sex…  https://anyonecare.wordpress.com/2015/08/25/things-children-of-god-can-do/

.

WHO DOES NOT HAVE ETERNAL SECURITY?   (1) Those who profess but do not repent (Lk. 3:7-14; Acts 26:20). (2) Those who have mere intellectual assent (Jn. 2:23-25; Jam 2:17-20). (3) Those who have self-willed faith, only believing what they want to believe rather than the testimony of the Scriptures (Jn. 6:60-66).  https://witnessed.wordpress.com/2008/09/27/the-promises-of-eternal-life-by-jesus-christ/

.
We all  should be prepared to meet our Maker Jesus Christ – God  at any time, whether it be Post-Trib, Pre-Trib, 10  years from now, tomorrow, or with our next breath being our last but firstly many are not, and   still God never had  promised we would escape persecution as half of the Christians already do know world wide  so why do a few select persons falsely believe  that all Christians will escape the tribulation, wishful thinking on their part.. or they are just plain dumb?
