Why Israel lost its right to the promised land

israel

The biblical answer to that question is that God alone determines the “rights” that any of us have. Something is right or wrong because of Divine decree, not human feeling or human reason. The existence of God previous to the creation of the universe and mankind gives Him the right to determine our “rights.” the Bible does not teach us to be partial to Israel or to the Palestinians because either has a special divine status.
 .
Nor do I deny that God promised to Israel the presently disputed land from the time of Abraham onward. God said to Moses, “This is the land of which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, ‘I will give it to your offspring'” (Deuteronomy 34:4).
.
But neither of these Biblical facts leads necessarily to the endorsement of present-day Israel as the rightful possessor of all the disputed land. Israel may have such a right. And she may not. But that decision is not based on divine privilege. Why? The Christian plea in the Middle East to Palestinians and Jews is: “Believe on the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved” (Acts 16:31).
 .
The privileged right to the land are conditional on Israel’s keeping the covenant God made with her. Thus God said to Israel, “If you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession among all peoples” (Exodus 19:5). Israel has no warrant to a present experience of divine privilege when she is not keeping covenant with God.
 .
Israel was chosen for three purposes:
1. to worship God in this land and show the world the blessing of serving the one true God of the Universe;
2. to receive, record and transmit the Word of God (through them we have our Bible);
3. to be the human channel for the Messiah from whom we have our salvation.
“The LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for his treasured possession, out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth” (Deuteronomy 7:6).
 .
Israel as a whole today rejects her Messiah, Jesus Christ, God’s Son. This is the ultimate act of covenant-breaking with God. God promised that to Israel “a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace” (Isaiah 9:6-7). But with tears this Prince of Peace looked out over Jerusalem and said, “Would that you . . . had known on this day the things that make for peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes. . . . You did not know the time of your visitation” (Luke 19:42-44).
 .
And why does Jesus have Gentile and not a Jewish name?
 .
When the builders rejected the beautiful Cornerstone, Jesus said, “The kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people producing its fruits” (Matthew 21:43). He explained, “Many will come from east and west and recline at table with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven, while the sons of the kingdom will be thrown into the outer darkness” (Matthew 8:11-12)
 .
Aaron will be gathered to his people because he will not enter into the land which I have given to the children of Israel because you rebelled against Me at the water of Meribah.” (‭‭Numbers‬ ‭20:24‬ ‭MEV‬‬)
 .
God has saving purposes for ethnic Israel (Romans 11:25-26). But for now the people are at enmity with God in rejecting the gospel of Jesus Christ, their Messiah (Romans 11:28). God has expanded his saving work to embrace all peoples (including Palestinians) who will trust his Son and depend on his death and resurrection for salvation. “Is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also, since God is one. He will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith” (Romans 3:29-30).
 .
Abraham himself looked neither at the Ur or the promised land, but to heaven itself: Heb 6:19; 9:11,24
 .
Heb 11:8-19 By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed by going out to a place which he was to receive for an inheritance… he lived as an alien in the land of promise… he was looking for the city which has foundations, whose architect and builder is God…All these died in faith, without receiving the promises, but having seen them and having welcomed them from a distance, and having confessed that they were strangers and exiles on the earth. For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own. And indeed if they had been thinking of that country from which they went out, they would have had opportunity to return. But as it is, they desire a better country, that is a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God; for He has prepared a city for them.
 .
“Can a religious Jewish person be saved apart from faith in Jesus?” No. No matter how religious, no one can be forgiven of their sins and accepted by God without personal faith in Jesus It was to Jewish men that Jesus spoke when He said, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6). Think of it this way: If there were some other way for Jewish people, or any people, to be saved other than through faith in Jesus, then God the Father would have been a fool for letting His Son die on a cross! If keeping the Law of Moses could save people, Jesus would have told people to keep the Law. But instead, Jesus declared that Jewish people and all people need to trust in Him: “If you believed Moses, you would believe Me, for he wrote about Me” (John 5:46).

 Jewish expectation of the MILLENNIUM
 .
The Jewish leadership at the time of Jesus falsely expected a political, an earthly kingdom, a re-establishment of the nation of Israel in a physical or political sense under the rulership of the Messiah. They were not satisfied with a spiritual kingdom (cp. Jesus’ words to Pilate, where he described his reign, his kingdom as “not of this world (age)”) but rather insisted in their conviction of how they (mis)understood the Scriptures that Messiah would establish an earthly kingdom with Messiah as a literal political king.   The Jews forfeited any and all claims to the kingdom because of unbelief. The “nation” that bears the fruit of the kingdom of God is the church, the Israel of God. The Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 21:43, says: Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it. When John the Baptist, referring to Jesus of Nazareth, proclaimed, “Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” he was not only pointing to Messiah but he was announcing the end of Judaism and the Old covenant.  Matthew 23 38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. Luke 1335 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. Acts 1 20 For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take.Judas Iscariot is the example of the Jews who reject Jesus, nation of Israel. John 13 2 And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray him;
.
Galatians 3:16-19 16 Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “And to your Seed,” who is Christ. 17 And this I say, that the law, which was four hundred and thirty years later, cannot annul the covenant that was confirmed before by God in Christ, that it should make the promise of no effect. 18 For if the inheritance is of the law, it is no longer of promise; but God gave it to Abraham by promise. 19 What purpose then does the law serve? It was added because of transgressions, till the Seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was appointed through angels by the hand of a mediator.
 .
And Jeremiah says that God has the right regarding a nation “to pluck up, to pull down, and to destroy it…”
Psalm 37:9 “For evildoers shall be cut off; But those who wait on the LORD, They shall inherit the earth.”
And Jesus in Matthew 5:5 “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.”
Romans 2:8-11  but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness — indignation and wrath, 9 tribulation and anguish, on every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek; 10 but glory, honor, and peace to everyone who works what is good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 11 For there is no partiality with God.
Romans 2:28-29 28 For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; 29 but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the  heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God.
Romans 3:29-30 29 Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God of the gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also, 30 since there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the
uncircumcised through faith.
Romans 4:16 “Therefore it is of faith that it might be according to grace, so that the promise might be sure to all the seed, not only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all.”
The Church is the final object of the love of God in Christ [John 17] and there is nothing to follow the church. When Christ returns at the end of
this ‘present age’ the ‘age to come’ continues forever.
Romans 4:13-14 For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
Romans 10:12-13 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13 For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.”

 Christian expectation of the MILLENNIUM
 .
Christians today who are expecting an earthly kingdom with Jesus as a political world ruler who will reign the world from a physical throne at Jerusalem are making the same or a very similar mistake as the Jews in Jesus’ day? Why would Jesus come back as an earthly world ruler when he did not come as such when he first was present as a physical person? Is the truth not rather that Jesus after his ascension into the presence of God (heaven) received his reign over his spiritual kingdom from the hands of his Father (cp. Dan 7:13-14) and that he since reigns and that indeed —  just as the angel Gabriel had announced to his mother Mary — of his kingdom (reign) there shall be no end (cp Lk 1:33)? Why should Christians wait for the beginning of Christ’s reign at a yet undetermined time in the future, if he already reigns and we are to submit our lives to him already now? Also, if that kingdom of Christ has not come as of yet, we would still be living  in the same age as Christ lived, the Old Testament age, and the end of that world (that age) would not have come as of yet … do those who teach a yet future coming of the kingdom and coming of the king realize such implications of their teachings? Note also the “kingdom of God is at hand”, not yet future.
 .
Ignorant of the Bible people are overlooking the general truth that the Old Testament period had earthly and physical things as types and shadows, while the New Testament realities corresponding to those types and shadows are of a heavenly and spiritual nature. It is not that Gentiles will be saved in the manner of Jews, but that Jews will be saved in the manner of Gentiles!  While a vast numbers of Jews may be saved through the Gospel message at the end of the age  but I do have a problem with the idea that all of Jews will be saved because of their birth certificate.
 .
The focus of the Bible is the church and not national Israel  as the First Principle of Interpretation is on how you view the focus of the Bible. The Jews or the church is an essential point. The true church is found in both the OT and the NT. By the ‘church’ I mean those Gentiles and Jews chosen by God and who believe the same Gospel that true Christians preach today  as it was instituted on the Day of Pentecost in Acts 2.
 .
“And so all Israel will be saved….” All Israel will be saved, but again, who or what is “all Israel”? TheChrch There has always been only a “remnant” of Israel after the flesh included in God’s elect. There never was a generation of Jews who were all saved. Salvation is effected through the gospel by faith. Romans 10:1-17
 .
The mystery of the ages is not that there would be the church but rather the make-up of the church. The mystery that has been revealed is that the true church has always been made of Gentiles and Jews. The church is the total number of the redeemed and includes only individuals who were saved by grace one at a time. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.  For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, ‘The just shall live by faith.’ ” Romans 1:16-17. verse 18! “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and  unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness.”
Galatians 1:6-9 6 I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel,7 which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. 9 As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed.
 .
God deals with individuals and not nations in the matter of eternal salvation.
 .
God has always included the Gentiles in the number of His elect.
 .
Of course the Bible is about both the Jews and the church but what is its end objective, its focus!
 .
Amillennialism is by far the most dominant eschatological position in the history of Christianity. (“Eschatology” refers to the doctrine of “last things,” meaning the end times.)
Hebrews 1:1-2 i “In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways,” writes the author of Hebrews,” but in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the universe” (NIV).
the phrase “last days” is associated with the first coming of Christ. Likewise, 1 Peter 1:20 tell of the “last days” being associated with Christ: “He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake.”
 .
God is finished with Israel as a national entity.  Christ has won the decisive victory over sin, death and Satan. By living a sinless life and by dying on the cross as the sacrifice of atonement for our sin, Christ defeated sin. By undergoing death and then victoriously rising from the grave, Christ defeated death. By resisting the devil’s temptations, by perfectly obeying God, and by his death and resurrection, Christ delivered a deathblow to Satan and his evil hosts. This victory of Christ’s was decisive and final. The most important day in history, therefore, is not the Second Coming of Christ which is still future but the first coming which lies in the past. Because of the victory of Christ, the ultimate issues of history have already been decided. It is now only a question of time until that victory is brought to its final consummation. the kingdom of God was founded by Christ at the time of his sojourn on earth, is operative in history now and is destined to be revealed in its fullness in the life to come. They understand the kingdom of God to be the reign of God dynamically active in human history through Jesus Christ. Its purpose is to redeem God’s people from sin and from demonic powers, and finally to establish the new heavens and the new earth. The kingdom of God means nothing less than the reign of God in Christ over his entire created universe.
 .
The kingdom of God is therefore both a present reality and a future hope. Jesus clearly taught that the kingdom was already present during his earthly ministry: “But if I drive out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you” (Mt. 12:28, NIV). When the Pharisees asked Jesus when the kingdom of God was coming, he replied, “The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed; nor will they say, `Lo, here it is!’ or `There!’ for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you” (Lk. 17:20-21).
 .
We must remember that even though Paul was writing under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit did not reveal to him or to anyone else the time of the Second Coming (Mark 13:32; Acts 1:7)
 .
Massive confusion exists within Christian churches about the “Millennium,” a unique thousand-year period depicted in the book of Revelation.  Revelation 20 in its entirety:
 .
“1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. 4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the east, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. 7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, 8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. 9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. 10 And the devil that deceived them
was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. 11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation 20, King James Version, with verses left in)”
 .
Two significant facts should be noted: Revelation 20 doesn’t say there will be peace on earth during the 1000 years.
 .
Revelation 20 doesn’t say Jesus Christ will rule during the 1000 years from the present city of Jerusalem.
 .
Historical Other texts make it clear that when Jesus returns, those left behind will be destroyed, not given another chance during some hypothetical “seven-year Tribulation” (which, by the way, is nowhere specifically referred to in the Bible). 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9 – When Jesus returns in flaming fire, the lost will be destroyed.
 .
Revelation 16:17-18 – At Armageddon, cities crumble around the world.
Revelation 6:14; 16:20 – Every island sinks, and all the mountains disappear.
Jeremiah 4:23-26 – Planet Earth is totally devastated, with “no man” left alive.
Jeremiah 25:30-33 – Those slain by the Lord lie dead, unburied, all around the world.
Revelation 19:17-18, 21 – The birds eat the flesh of every human being worldwide.
These verses teach that those not “caught up” when Christ returns will be destroyed, and the destruction will encompass all the earth, as it did during Noah’s flood. Jesus Himself taught this. “The flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the son of man be” (Matthew 24:39).
Verse 5a – “The rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished”
Verse 7 – “When the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison”
 .
At the end of the 1000 years, “the rest of the dead” are raised, and Satan is “loosed.” Therefore the raising of the “rest of the dead” is what  “looses” the devil. Satan then swoops into these resurrected nations (now alive in the four corners of the earth), deceives them again, and then gathers them for the grand finale (verses 8-9).
 .
What does all this mean? The answer will come shortly after we examine a few more crucial points. What should be clear so far however, that the common notion of the Millennium, reflected in Left Behind, leaves much to be desired. In fact, it’s completely bogus.
 .
The word “millennium” is not in the Bible, and neither is the concept of premillennialism found in the Scriptures. A look for “thousand year reign of Christ” or “millenial reign of Christ” or even “millenium” and “thousand year kingdom” in the Bible produces nothing … in other words, such terms are not even used in the Scriptures.  This verse does not say that Christ reigned one thousand years, it does say that those witnesses who had been killed for their witness of Jesus and the word of God reigned “with Christ a thousand years”.
 .
We do note immediately that Rev 20 does not speak of a thousand year reign of Christ. We do read the following in Rev 20:4:… and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, … and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
 .
Consider for example the following points.
There is no mention or indication that this reign is an earthly reign over a kingdom in a political sense.
There is no mention about the resurrected witnesses living again in a human body on earth (a “bodily resurrection”).
There is no mention about Christ coming or returning to earth or Jerusalem.
There is no mention that Christ and the resurrected witnesses live on earth at that time.
There is no mention of Christians or the church in general as having been resurrected and living on earth.
There is no mention of the believers being resurrected a thousand years before the unbelievers.
There is no literal reign of Christ over an earthly kingdom. Christ is presently reigning over a spiritual kingdom in either:   (1) the hearts of
men;  (2) heaven, or (3) the church. The 1,000 years is a symbol representing an extended period of time.3 Many amillennialists believe that the fullness of the kingdom has already arrived on earth and we are presently in the age between the first and second resurrections. “Generally speaking, this view holds that Christ will return in His second coming and immediately usher in the new heaven and the new earth with no intervening thousand-year reign. This view interprets many
 .
Some examples from various passages of Scripture will illustrate the use of the word “thousand” in this type of expression.
 .
Deu 7:9Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which  keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;
1 Chr 16:1515 Be ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a  thousand generations;
Job 9:3 If he will contend with him, he cannot answer him one of a thousand.
Psa 50:10 For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.
Psa 90:4 For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
Psalm 105:8 He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.
Eccl 7:28Which yet my soul seeketh, but I find not: one man among a thousand have I found; but a woman among all those have I not found.
Dan 7:10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.
2Pe 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
 .
So we read about “thousand years”, “thousand generations”, “thousand hills”, “thousand (people)” etc. In each of these passages it is clear that the reference is not to a literal “1000” of these things, people, years, but that the number is meant figuratively or symbolically. “Thousand” them can mean “many”, or “something whole or complete”, etc. but not exactly 1000 of whatever is in view in a literal sense.
 .
Many passages in the Old and New Testaments that refer to the millennial kingdom as being fulfilled in a nonliteral way, either in the present experience of the church on earth or the experience of the church in heaven.”4 For example, Jerome: “The saints will in no wise have an earthly kingdom, but only a celestial one; thus must cease the fable of one thousand years.” 5
 .
The premillennialists place the return of Christ just before the millennium and just after a time of great apostasy and tribulation. After the millennium, Satan will be loosed and Gog and Magog will rise against the kingdom of God; this will be immediately followed by the final judgment. While similar in some respects to the dispensational variety (in that they hold to Christ’s return being previous the establishment of a thousand-year earthly reign), historical premillennialism differs in significant ways (notably in their method of interpreting Scripture).
 .
Reality :Israel and the church: the church is the fulfillment of Israel. Revelation and the various judgment prophecies in the Gospels, believing that the majority of those prophecies were fulfilled in 70 A.D. at the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem. the Kingdom of God was inaugurated at Christ’s resurrection (hence the term “inaugurated millennialism”) at which point he gained victory over both Satan and the Curse. Christ is even  now reigning (hence the term “nunc-millennialism” — nunc means “now”) at the right hand of the Father over His church.
 .
After this present age has ended, Christ will return and immediately usher the church into their eternal state after judging the wicked.  The Rapture: The saints, living and dead, shall meet the Lord in the clouds and immediately proceed to judge the nations with Christ and then follow Him nto their eternal state.
 .
The amillennial perspective emphasizes that the coming of the Kingdom of God is a two-part event. The first portion dawned at Christ’s first advent (John the Baptist proclaimed at this time, “The kingdom of heaven is at hand” — Matthew 3:2). At the cross, Christ won final victory over death and Satan. And then He ascended to reign upon the throne of David forever (Luke 1:32-33; Acts 2:30-31). Now because we “look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal” (2 Corinthians 4:18) — because of this, the amillennialist sees the final things already
accomplished, though not yet seen by sight, but by faith (2 Corinthians 5:7).
 .
An important note is the amilleniallist’s view of the church in this world: a role of suffering. The Christian will be hated by all, just as was Christ (Matthew 10:22), for a servant is not greater than his master. Seeing this as the church’s role on earth — to suffer as did Christ — the amillenialist can hold no hope for an earthly exaltation and longs for the fulfillment of the second stage of the coming of the Kingdom.
 .
This second stage of the amillennial perspective is the final consummation of all the heavenly promises. The Christian will no longer see by faith alone, but by sight. All the shadowy things will pass away and our eternal reign with Christ will begin. The amillennialist, expecting no earthly glory for the church, places all his hope on this heavenly glory.

Galatians 2:6 God shows personal favoritism to no man
Galatians 3:7-9 7 Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham. 8 And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, “In you all the nations shall be blessed.” 9 So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham.
Galatians 3:26-29 26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
Galatians 4:21-31 21 Tell me, you who desire to be under the law, do you not hear the law? 22 For it is written that Abraham had two sons: the one by a bondwoman, the other by a freewoman. 23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born according to the flesh, and the of the freewoman through promise, 24 which things are symbolic. For these are the two covenants: the one from Mount Sinai which gives birth to bondage, which is Hagar —
25 for this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and corresponds to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children –26 but the Jerusalem above is free, which is the mother of us all. 27 For it is written:”Rejoice, O barren, You who do not bear! Break forth and shout, You who are not in labor! For the desolate has many more children Than she who has a husband.” 8 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise. 29 But, as he who was born according to the flesh then persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, even so it is now. 30 Nevertheless what does the Scripture say? “Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.” 31 So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman but of the free.
Ephesians 2:19-22 19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, 20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone, 21 in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, 22 in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God

HRM is a modern form of the Pharisaical-Judaizing

“The more I hear from proponents of the HRM the more I am persuaded it is a modern form of the Pharisaical-Judaizing heresy condemned in Scripture. More broadly I think these criticisms also apply to a large part of the Messianic Christianity movement  The problem is that what is attracting them is not a better understanding of the gospel at all but something straight from the pit of Hell. Consider this (dates approximate):
 .
AD 39-40: The Church in Jerusalem concluded that God has rescinded the Mosaic Law’s Jew-Gentile separation provisions (Acts 10-11).
AD 49-50 (the exact order of the following series is immaterial to the points being made):
 .
Paul confronts Peter and Barnabas for their hypocrisy in separating themselves from Gentile believers in the Church in Galatia.
Later, Paul writes to the Galatians to warn them in the strongest terms against (supposed) Christians who were teaching them that Gentile believers needed to keep the Mosaic ceremonial/worship laws in order to be right with God.
The Church concluded that Gentile believers ARE NOT to be subjected to the ceremonial/worship provisions of the Mosaic Law (Acts 15).
AD 62-68 (again, the exact dates for writing each of these is immaterial to the points made):

Paul writes (First) Timothy, offering him instruction for his pastoral duties (Ephesian Church).
Paul writes to Titus, giving him counsel on his pastoral duties (Cretan Church).
Paul writes further instruction to (Second) Timothy in the discharge of his pastoral duties.
In all three letters one of the critical issues Paul addressed was the heresy of the Judaizers, those who would require Gentile Christians to practice the Mosaic ceremonial/worship laws.
Did you follow the progression of these things? From eliminating Jew-Gentile separation, to removal of Mosaic law provisions on Gentiles, to fighting against those who would place Christians back under slavery to the Mosaic Law. This is as serious as it gets. This is a matter of life and death. Accordingly, the Scriptures speak of these things in the hardest terms. You can see this in the Scriptures themselves:
 .
And he [Peter] said to them [the Gentiles in Cornelius’ household], “You yourselves know how unlawful it is for a Jew to associate with or to visit anyone of another nation, but God has shown me that I should not call any person common or unclean. So when I was sent for, I came without objection. I ask then why you sent for me.” (Act 10:28-29 ESV)
 .
[Peter speaking to the Jewish Christians in the Jerusalem Church] “If then God gave the same gift to them [Gentile Christians] as he gave to us when we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could stand in God’s way?” When they heard these things they fell silent. And they glorified God, saying, “Then to the Gentiles also God has granted repentance that leads to life.” (Act 11:17-18)
 .
Yet because of false brothers secretly brought in– who slipped in to spy out our freedom that we have in Christ Jesus, so that they might bring us into slavery– to them we did not yield in submission even for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel might be preserved for you. (Gal 2:4-5)
 .
We ourselves are Jews by birth and not Gentile sinners; yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified. (Gal 2:15-16)
 .
For all who rely on works of the law are under a curse; for it is written, “Cursed be everyone who does not abide by all things written in the Book of the Law, and do them.” (Gal 3:10)
 .
You are severed from Christ, you who would be justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace. (Gal 5:4)
 .
I have confidence in the Lord that you will take no other view, and the one who is troubling you will bear the penalty, whoever he is. But if I, brothers, still preach circumcision, why am I still being persecuted? In that case the offense of the cross has been removed. I wish those who unsettle you would emasculate themselves! (Gal 5:10-12)
 .
But some believers who belonged to the party of the Pharisees rose up and said, “It is necessary to circumcise them [Gentile believers] and to order them to keep the law of Moses.”
 .
The apostles and the elders were gathered together to consider this matter. And after there had been much debate, Peter stood up and said to them,
 .
Brothers, you know that in the early days God made a choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel and believe. And God, who knows the heart, bore witness to them, by giving them the Holy Spirit just as he did to us, and he made no distinction between us and them, having cleansed their hearts by faith. Now, therefore, why are you putting God to the test by placing a yoke on the neck of the disciples that neither our fathers nor we have been able to bear?” (Act 15:5-10)
 .
As I urged you when I was going to Macedonia, remain at Ephesus so that you may charge certain persons not to teach any different doctrine, nor to devote themselves to myths and endless genealogies, which promote speculations rather than the stewardship from God that is by faith. (1Ti 1:3-4)
 .
The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith. Certain persons, by swerving from these, have wandered away into vain discussion, desiring to be teachers of the law, without understanding either what they are saying or the things about which they make confident assertions. (1Ti 1:5-7)
 .
Have nothing to do with irreverent, silly myths. Rather train yourself for godliness; for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come. (1Ti 4:7-8)
 .
If anyone teaches a different doctrine and does not agree with the sound words of our Lord Jesus Christ and the teaching that accords with godliness, he is puffed up with conceit and understands nothing. He has an unhealthy craving for controversy and for quarrels about words, which produce envy, dissension, slander, evil suspicions, and constant friction among people who are depraved in mind and deprived of the truth, imagining that godliness is a means of gain. (1Ti 6:3-5)
 .
O Timothy, guard the deposit entrusted to you. Avoid the irreverent babble and contradictions of what is falsely called “knowledge,” (1Ti 6:20)
 .
This testimony is true. Therefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith, not devoting themselves to Jewish myths and the commands of people who turn away from the truth. (Tit 1:13-14)
 .
But avoid foolish controversies, genealogies, dissensions, and quarrels about the law, for they are unprofitable and worthless. As for a person who stirs up division, after warning him once and then twice, have nothing more to do with him, knowing that such a person is warped and sinful; he is self-condemned. (Tit 3:9-11)
 .
Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels. And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will. (2Ti 2:23-26)
 .
But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. (2Ti 3:1-5)
 .
For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths. (2Ti 4:3-4)
 .
Consider the severity with which Scripture speaks about the teaching that ceremonial/worship aspects of the Mosaic Law still apply to Christians. Emasculation! Devoted to myths! Foolish controversies! Depraved minds! Puffed up with conceit! Unhealthy cravings! Warped, sinful, self-condemned! In the very same passage where Paul teaches us to correct with gentleness he observes that those who buy into the HRM are trapped in the snare of the Devil! Clearly gentleness does not preclude hard words.   Hebrew Roots Movement folks unwisely are adopting practices and habits, accouterments of a “Jewish” lifestyle that actually are derived from a heretical source. These folks do not seem to realize that with the destruction of the Temple the practice of a Jewish form of Christianity ceased to be an option. The core of OT worship was the sacrifices; all of Leviticus, the key book in terms of Jewish life and worship (i.e., life = worship, worship is life), is built around the sacrifices. They were essential to the maintenance of even the smallest component of the law of cleanliness, etc.. Without sacrifice one CANNOT rightly practice any of the OT worship system.
 .
And when the Temple was destroyed – that was it. All that was left was the Pharisaical/Rabbinical traditions. All that was left was the ethical teaching of the rabbis (the Talmudic tradition) coupled with the imitative worship practices, the “616” applicatory traditions of the Pharisees. Outside the book of Acts we actually do not have any Church exclusive sources of what first century Jewish Christianity was like. All we have are sources that at best seek to interpret what Jewish Christianity must have been like based on similarities with second and later century Diaspora Judaism. It is amazing that Messianic Christians think they are practicing a purer form of Christianity. In reality, they are practicing a form contaminated by unbelieving Jews who maintained their rejection of Jesus as the Messiah.  Quite simply, those who would restore a Jewish form of Christianity are actually restoring the Pharisaical form at best, something condemned by Jesus and done away with at his express command (e.g., Acts 10, 15, the books of Galatians and Hebrews in total). All the practices adopted in Messianic congregations have as their source Rabbinic Judaism, that branch of Judaism that refused to repent of their rejection of the Messiah when in A.D. 70 God removed the earthly temple and left standing only the true spiritual temple, the Church of Christ. The Hebrew Roots Movement, Messianic Christianity, while well intentioned, is yet another deflection from the simple, pure gospel of Jesus Christ. It is based on the heresy of rabbinic Judaism, NOT first century Jewish Christianity. It in the end, like all forms of Jesus + me Christianity, teaches a defective gospel.  “

The ACCURATE way to look at Israel, it’s history

MESSIANIC (16)

The ACCURATE way to look at Israel, the Antichrist and world government is to see all of the Present-Day Israel, the Antichrist and the Antichrist’s rule over the world as Satan’s counterfeit of the true Israel, Jesus and  the  church.

.

I will carry out great vengeance on them and punish them in my wrath. Then they will know that I am the LORD, when I take vengeance on them».Ezekiel 25:17

“I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan” (Rev. 2:9).

Then, in a prophecy regarding the Philadelphia church, He says: “Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee” (Rev. 3:9).

The wicked, world power-brokers want us to believe they are the true Jews; they boastfully lay claim to Israel as their heritage.

Jews, Messianic Jews are mostly still antichrists, liars, trouble makers even these days.

Anyone who believes that the ZIONIST STATE of Israel set up by this One World Conspiracy is the same as the NATION of ISRAEL referred to in Scriptures, IS MISERABLY DECEIVED the way Christ warned us in Scriptures that “MANY would be”.

ANY Christian preacher who actively teaches this FALSE DOCTRINE is also either miserably deceived or he is outright LYING, and may God have mercy on him.

God’s Word prophesied that in the last days imposters would erroneously and falsely claim to be “Jews.” These imposters would persecute their enemies, especially the Christians.

The theory that the apostle Paul was a false prophet and not a true follower of Christ is usually put forth by those of the Hebrew roots movement persuasion, among others. They believe Christians should submit to the Old Testament Law, but Paul clearly disagrees with them, proclaiming that Christians are no longer under the Mosaic Law (Romans 10:4; Galatians 3:23-25; Ephesians 2:15), but the Law of Christ (Galatians 6:2), which is to “love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind…and to love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:37-39). Rather than submitting to God’s Word, the Hebrew roots movement simply dismisses Paul altogether and claims that Paul was a false apostle and that his writings should not be in the Bible.

THE ENTIRE WORLD UNDERSTANDS that Jesus Christ is the Jewish Messiah. Yet the Jews will tell you, “Jesus Christ was an imposter.” The best amongst the Jews will tell you, “Jesus Christ was a great teacher but not the Messiah.” Or the worst amongst the Jews will tell you, “Jesus Christ was a magician.” But when push comes to shove the Jews will finally say, “I was born a Jew and I will die a Jew.”

“Salvation is of the Jews” (JOHN 4:22). But, addressing the Jews, Jesus told them, “The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof” (MATTHEW 21:43). That nation would be “the lost sheep of the house of Israel” (MATTHEW 10:6;

We have prima facie evidence WHO exactly is heirs to the Promises, the reality and the Bible gives it.

Dispensationalism makes a mockery of Jesus Christ, Christianity as it contradicts the teachings of Jesus Christ. This false theology is propagated by people who claim to be Christians but who are not. There can only be one correct teaching – the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, expressed this way by the apostle Paul: There is one body and one Spirit —just as you were called to one hope when you were called — one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. PEOPLE, WHO DISOBEYED GOD IN THE BIBLE

NOT EVERYTHING WRITTEN IN THE BIBLE, DONE IN THE BIBLE WAS APPROVED BY GOD. RATHER THE BIBLE TENDS TO BE MORE OF A RECORD OF THE JEWS, HUMANITIES WRONGS DOINGS. UNDENIABLE EXAMPLES OF SOME MAJOR JEWISH PERSONS, LEADERS WHO DISOBEYED GOD IN THE BIBLE
.
DEATH
.
* PEOPLE, LEADERS WHO DISOBEYED GOD IN THE BIBLE . This is the second most popular post I have posted.. *Divorce And Remarriage In The Christian Church, for many years this post has been the most popular post that I have ever written, a reflection of the times we are in…
.
When a person sins God can forgive them next through Jesus Christ, but there often is still negative earthly consequences for them especially related as to how long it took them to repent, as we see examples of this in both the Old and New Testament.
.

Even in the New Testament era, today God is not mocked what a person sows he reaps, a Jew or not too.

.

Galatians 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

.

1 Corinthians 10: 21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.
.

1 Corinthians 11:27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.
29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.
30 For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.
31 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
32 But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.
.
Numbers 1421 But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD. 22 Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice; 23 Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it: 24 But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into the land where into he went; and his seed shall possess it. 25 (Now the Amalekites and the Canaanites dwelt in the valley.) To morrow turn you, and get you into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea.
The Holy Scriptures States that if we are obedient, then we shall receive goodness from the Lord, but OUR DISOBEDIENCE TO GOD will still lead to consequence and adversity as it’s a terrible thing to disobey the God; there have been plenty of persons mentioned in the Bible who thought they were a lot smarter than God, who chose to do things their way over God’s ways so they next faced severe negative consequences over it also.
.
1 Peter 4: 17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God

.

2 Thessalonians 1:8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

.

Luke 15:7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

.

1 John 1:9-10 “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word has no place in our lives.”

.

“There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:1). Because of the sacrifice of Christ, God sees only the righteousness of Christ when He looks at us. Our sin has been nailed to the cross with Jesus, and we will never be punished for it as long as we keep the faith, do his will, keep His commandments

.

Jesus Hebrews 7:27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people’s: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.

.

Hebrews 8:12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

.

1 Timothy 5: 20 Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.

.

John 5:14 Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.

.

Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

.

Ezek 44:12 “I have sworn with uplifted hand that they must bear the consequences of their sin, declares the Sovereign LORD.”

.

Rom 6:15-18 “What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means! Don’t you know that when you offer yourselves to someone to obey him as slaves, you are slaves to the one whom you obey-whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness? But thanks be to God that, though you used to be slaves to sin, you wholeheartedly obeyed the form of teaching to which you were entrusted. You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.”

.

There is your continual free will choice to be made: either you are a slave to sin or you are a slave of righteousness. There is no middle ground.

.

You serve God or you serve the devil.

.

1 John 3:9 “No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God.”

.

1 John 3:6 “No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him.” NIV

The primary source for the history of ancient Jerusalem and Israel is, of course, the Bible. The Old and New Testament is a chronicle of Israel’s repeated failure to obey God, of their refusal to keep His commandments and statutes and for sure not something for Jews to boast about.
.
Proverbs 16: 25 There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
.
OLD TESTAMENT
.
Adam and Eve Adam and Eve live together in a perfect Paradise, what the Bible calls the Garden of Eden. until they disobey God by eating fruit from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. This act of sin, false defiance, called “The Fall” from it next comes our separation from God, painful childbirth, weeds in our garden, and, ultimately, death. Moreover, Adam and Eve’s disobedience introduce fear and alienation even death into humankind’s formerly perfect relationships with God and one another
-Cain, who murders his own brother, Abel. Cain was the first-born son of Adam and Eve, making him the first human child to be born in the Bible. Like his father Adam, he became a farmer and worked the soil. This Bible account of Cain and Abel begins with the two brothers bringing an offering to the Lord. God as usual had instructed them to sacrifice a first born lamb, a symbol of his son, the Messiah, Jesus Christ. God was pleased with Abel’s sacrifice, but not with Cain’s because Cain rather did it his own way, he disobeyed God. Cain, willfully, would not heed God’s instruction As a result Cain next even falsely grew angry, dejected and jealous. Soon his fierce anger led him to commit the murder of Abel. Genesis 4:6.7 Then the LORD said to Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must master it. Hebrews 11:4 By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh. 1 John 3” 12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous. Jude 1:11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.
-Jonah was a prophet of God but once God told him to go to the Ninevites and tell them to repent, Jonah disobeyed because he was afraid and because he didn’t think they deserved to be forgiven. Jonah 1 :1 Now the word of the LORD came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, 2 Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me. 3 But Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish from the presence of the LORD, and went down to Joppa; and he found a ship going to Tarshish: so he paid the fare thereof, and went down into it, to go with them unto Tarshish from the presence of the LORD. 4 But the LORD sent out a great wind into the sea, and there was a mighty tempest in the sea, so that the ship was like to be broken. 5 Then the mariners were afraid, and cried every man unto his god, and cast forth the wares that were in the ship into the sea, to lighten it of them. But Jonah was gone down into the sides of the ship; and he lay, and was fast asleep. 6 So the shipmaster came to him, and said unto him, What meanest thou, O sleeper? arise, call upon thy God, if so be that God will think upon us, that we perish not. 7 And they said every one to his fellow, Come, and let us cast lots, that we may know for whose cause this evil is upon us. So they cast lots, and the lot fell upon Jonah. 8 Then said they unto him, Tell us, we pray thee, for whose cause this evil is upon us; What is thine occupation? and whence comest thou? what is thy country? and of what people art thou? 9 And he said unto them, I am an Hebrew; and I fear the LORD, the God of heaven, which hath made the sea and the dry land. 10 Then were the men exceedingly afraid, and said unto him, Why hast thou done this? For the men knew that he fled from the presence of the LORD, because he had told them. 11 Then said they unto him, What shall we do unto thee, that the sea may be calm unto us? for the sea wrought, and was tempestuous.12 And he said unto them, Take me up, and cast me forth into the sea; so shall the sea be calm unto you: for I know that for my sake this great tempest is upon you.13 Nevertheless the men rowed hard to bring it to the land; but they could not: for the sea wrought, and was tempestuous against them. 14 Wherefore they cried unto the LORD, and said, We beseech thee, O LORD, we beseech thee, let us not perish for this man’s life, and lay not upon us innocent blood: for thou, O LORD, hast done as it pleased thee.15 So they took up Jonah, and cast him forth into the sea: and the sea ceased from her raging.16 Then the men feared the LORD exceedingly, and offered a sacrifice unto the LORD, and made vows. 17 Now the LORD had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights. Jonah 2:1 Then Jonah prayed unto the LORD his God out of the fish’s belly,…. 10 And the LORD spake unto the fish, and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry land.
Eli AND HIS SONS . Sam 2:12 Now the sons of Eli were sons of Belial; they knew not the LORD.13 And the priest’s custom with the people was, that, when any man offered sacrifice, the priest’s servant came, while the flesh was in seething, with a fleshhook of three teeth in his hand;14 And he struck it into the pan, or kettle, or caldron, or pot; all that the flesh hook brought up the priest took for himself. So they did in Shiloh unto all the Israelites that came thither.15 Also before they burnt the fat, the priest’s servant came, and said to the man that sacrificed, Give flesh to roast for the priest; for he will not have sodden flesh of thee, but raw.16 And if any man said unto him, Let them not fail to burn the fat presently, and then take as much as thy soul desireth; then he would answer him, Nay; but thou shalt give it me now: and if not, I will take it by force.17 Wherefore the sin of the young men was very great before the LORD: for men abhorred the offering of the LORD. … 22 Now Eli was very old, and heard all that his sons did unto all Israel; and how they lay with the women that assembled at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.23 And he said unto them, Why do ye such things? for I hear of your evil dealings by all this people.24 Nay, my sons; for it is no good report that I hear: ye make the LORD’S people to transgress.25 If one man sin against another, the judge shall judge him: but if a man sin against the LORD, who shall intreat for him? Notwithstanding they hearkened not unto the voice of their father, because the LORD would slay them.26 And the child Samuel grew on, and was in favour both with the LORD, and also with men.27 And there came a man of God unto Eli, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Did I plainly appear unto the house of thy father, when they were in Egypt in Pharaoh’s house?28 And did I choose him out of all the tribes of Israel to be my priest, to offer upon mine altar, to burn incense, to wear an ephod before me? and did I give unto the house of thy father all the offerings made by fire of the children of Israel?29 Wherefore kick ye at my sacrifice and at mine offering, which I have commanded in my habitation; and honourest thy sons above me, to make yourselves fat with the chiefest of all the offerings of Israel my people?30 Wherefore the LORD God of Israel saith, I said indeed that thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before me for ever: but now the LORD saith, Be it far from me; for them that honour me I will honour, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed.31 Behold, the days come, that I will cut off thine arm, and the arm of thy father’s house, that there shall not be an old man in thine house.32 And thou shalt see an enemy in my habitation, in all the wealth which God shall give Israel: and there shall not be an old man in thine house for ever.33 And the man of thine, whom I shall not cut off from mine altar, shall be to consume thine eyes, and to grieve thine heart: and all the increase of thine house shall die in the flower of their age.34 And this shall be a sign unto thee, that shall come upon thy two sons, on Hophni and Phinehas; in one day they shall die both of them.35 And I will raise me up a faithful priest, that shall do according to that which is in mine heart and in my mind: and I will build him a sure house; and he shall walk before mine anointed for ever.36 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left in thine house shall come and crouch to him for a piece of silver and a morsel of bread, and shall say, Put me, I pray thee, into one of the priests’ offices, that I may eat a piece of bread.
Eli was of the priestly house of Aaron (I Samuel 2: 27,28). According to I Chronicles 24:1 Aaron had four sons- Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar. Nadab and Abihu were killed by the Lord for their offering of strange fire on God’s altar. Numbers 3:4 and Leviticus 10 record this incident which occurred in the wilderness of Sinai. Nadab and Abihu were cut off to such a degree that they had no offspring that survived. The line of the priesthood of Aaron was continued through his other two sons, Eleazar and Ithamar. Eli next was so weak of a father that his two wicked sons did just as they pleased. Eli sons were working at the altar. They decided to sin against God and make fun of his offering. Therefore, God punished with death Eli and his sons. Eli was punished because he failed to stop them. It would seem quite remarkable if only Eli’s sons were involved in wickedness. The other priests were involved in the same corruption and they were unwilling to condemn the two priests. The priesthood of Ithamar was permitting the priests to do with Israel’s sacrifices as they pleased. The curse of God upon Eli, therefore, was also on his father’s house, the house of Ithamar, and involved the entire house being cut off from the position of high priest and priest in Israel. We read here God’s word concerning this disobedience: “The man of thine, whom I shall not cut off from mine altar, shall be to consume thine eyes, and to grieve thine heart” (I Samuel 2: 33). Those who would be allowed to live would be a disgrace and source of continual grief. They would plead to be priests merely in order to be fed (verse 36). Their heart would be motivated by selfishness, and not at all by love for God. Eli would be the last of the faithful priesthood from Ithamar. There would be no organized priesthood again after Eli, and certainly not after the slaying of the priests at Nob. Eli’s house was cut off.;
-King Saul disobeyed God TOO MANYTIMES. 1 Samuel 15:22 And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. AND 1 Samuel 28:15 And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered, I am sore distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God is departed from me, and answereth me no more, neither by prophets, nor by dreams: therefore I have called thee, that thou mayest make known unto me what I shall do.16 Then said Samuel, Wherefore then dost thou ask of me, seeing the LORD is departed from thee, and is become thine enemy?17 And the LORD hath done to him, as he spake by me: for the LORD hath rent the kingdom out of thine hand, and given it to thy neighbour, even to David:18 Because thou obeyedst not the voice of the LORD, nor executedst his fierce wrath upon Amalek, therefore hath the LORD done this thing unto thee this day.19 Moreover the LORD will also deliver Israel with thee into the hand of the Philistines: and to morrow shalt thou and thy sons be with me: the LORD also shall deliver the host of Israel into the hand of the Philistines.20 Then Saul fell straightway all along on the earth, and was sore afraid, because of the words of Samuel: and there was no strength in him; for he had eaten no bread all the day, nor all the night.
Saul disobeyed God in a battle with the Amalekites, sparing the enemy’s king and the best of their livestock, when Samuel had ordered Saul to destroy everything. God was so grieved that he rejected Saul and chose another king. Samuel went to Bethlehem and anointed the young shepherd David, son of Jesse. Thus began a years-long ordeal as the jealous Saul chased David through the hills, trying to kill him. King Saul destroyed the Amalekites like God asked him to do but he also FALSELY HAD spared King Agag, who was disobedient to God. We as Christians should fully obey God and no one else, nor should we do what we think is right without God’s wisdom, instruction. .Isaiah 30:21 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left. Samuel made yet another appearance to Saul–after Samuel had died! Saul sinfully visited a medium, the witch of Endor, ordering her to bring up the spirit of Samuel, on the eve of a great battle. In 1 Samuel 28:16-19, that apparition told Saul he would lose the battle, along with his life and the lives of his two sons.; Then later on in life, Saul had so much pride that he praised himself for the victory over the Amalekites. Unfortunately for Saul, he was stripped from his king rights. Saul admits later on in his life that he sinned and how he feared people and not God. However, it should beeen the opposite. He should have feared God and obeyed him a 100%. In his farewell speech, the aged Samuel warned the people to give up idols and serve the true God. He told them if they and King Saul disobeyed, God would sweep them away. And Saul did disobey, offering a sacrifice himself instead of waiting for God’s priest, Samuel, to do it.
.
-KING DAVID WHO WRONGFULLY NUMBERED THE PEOPLE – SATAN stood up against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel.” (1Chronicles 21:1, KJV]. With his cunning ways the devil set out to entice David to sin by numbering his army – which David did! SATAN that moved David to disobey God. David seems to have been prompted by a feeling of pride and ambitious curiosity. Because king David he did this to determine HIS power and to trust in it, it offended God. 2 Samuel 24:10 ” 10 But after he had taken the census, David’s conscience began to bother him. And he said to the Lord, “I have sinned greatly by taking this census. Please forgive my guilt, Lord, for doing this foolish thing.” As a punishment for this sin God brought three days of pestilence that killed 70,000 Israelites. (2 Sam. 24:12-16) But the lesson taught here is clear that the : governments that calculate their military might for vain purposes do indeed bring much suffering upon their people.
.
-AARON The people said to Aaron, “Make us gods that shall go before us; but for this Moses, who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him!” (Exodus 32:1). And what was Aaron’s response to this ill-conceived, ungodly request on the part of his Israelite brethren? Now what Aaron should have said was this: “No, I will not do this!—because God Himself commanded us not to do so, ‘God has said to the Israelites that ”You shall have no other gods before Me. You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth, and you shall not bow down to them nor serve them” (Exodus 20:3-4). Yet here is what Aaron actually wrongfully did say: “Break off the golden earrings which are in the ears of your wives, your sons, and your daughters, and bring them to me” (Exodus 32:2). The Israelites did as Aaron commanded. And, as Exodus 32:4 goes on to tell us, “Aaron received the gold from their hands, and he fashioned it with an engraving tool, and made a molded calf. Then the people said, ‘This is your god, O Israel, which brought you out of the land of Egypt!’ ” What happened next was sad. Exodus 32:6 says that the Israelites “rose early on the next day, offered burnt offerings and brought peace offerings [to the golden calf]; and the people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.” Less than a month and a half now after the entire Israelite nation had heard the thundering voice of God scream from Mount Sinai, “You shall have no other gods before Me!,” those very same Israelites begged for an idol to worship as “another god.” And sadly even Aaron gave in to their wicked, fleshly desires. Moses came down from the top of Mount Sinai where he had met with God. Exodus 32:19,25 tells us: “As Moses came near the camp, he saw the calf and the dancing…. And Moses saw that the people were naked, for Aaron had not restrained them.” The people not only were worshiping a pagan idol as their god, but also were engaging in gross sexual immorality that had affected now the entire nation! Exodus 32:19-20 records Moses’ reaction: “Moses’ anger became hot, and he cast the tablets out of his hands and broke them at the foot of the mountain. Then he took the calf that the people had made, burned it in the fire, ground it to powder, scattered it on the water, and made the children of Israel drink it.” Moses then said to the Levites, “Let every man put his sword on his side, and go in and out from entrance to entrance throughout the camp, and let every man kill his brother, every man his companion, and every man his neighbor” (Exodus 32:27). As Exodus 32:28 goes on to tell us, “About three thousand men of the people fell that day.” But that is not all that happened. Exodus 32:35 goes on to add, “So the Lord plagued the people because of what they did with the calf which Aaron made.” And what was Aaron’s response when Moses turned asked him, “What did the people do to you that caused you to bring so great a sin upon them?” (Exodus 32:21). But Aaron’s pitiful, shamefaced response was, “The people gave me their gold, and I cast it into the fire, and this calf came out” (Exodus 32:23-24)—as if Moses (or anyone else) would ever believe such a ridiculous excuse!
NUMBERS 10:1 And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not. 2 And there went out fire from the LORD, and devoured them, and they died before the LORD. 3Then Moses said to Aaron, This is it that the LORD spoke, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come near me, and before all the people I will be glorified. And Aaron held his peace.
NUMBERS 12:1 And Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman.2 And they said, Hath the LORD indeed spoken only by Moses? hath he not spoken also by us? And the LORD heard it. 3 (Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth.)4 And the LORD spake suddenly unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto Miriam, Come out ye three unto the tabernacle of the congregation. And they three came out.5 And the LORD came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they both came forth.6 And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream.7 My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house.8 With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?9 And the anger of the LORD was kindled against them; and he departed.10 And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became leprous, white as snow: and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous.11 And Aaron said unto Moses, Alas, my lord, I beseech thee, lay not the sin upon us, wherein we have done foolishly, and wherein we have sinned.12 Let her not be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he cometh out of his mother’s womb.13 And Moses cried unto the LORD, saying, Heal her now, O God, I beseech thee.14 And the LORD said unto Moses, If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be ashamed seven days? let her be shut out from the camp seven days, and after that let her be received in again. 15 And Miriam was shut out from the camp seven days: and the people journeyed not till Miriam was brought in again.

-MOSES NUMBERS 20:20 In the first month all the people of Israel arrived at the Desert of Zin, and they stayed at Kadesh. There Miriam died and was buried. 2 There was no water for the people, so they came together against Moses and Aaron. 3 They argued with Moses and said, “We should have died in front of the Lord as our brothers did. 4 Why did you bring the Lord’s people into this desert? Are we and our animals to die here? 5 Why did you bring us from Egypt to this terrible place? It has no grain, figs, grapevines, or pomegranates, and there’s no water to drink!”6 So Moses and Aaron left the people and went to the entrance of the Meeting Tent. There they bowed facedown, and the glory of the Lord appeared to them. 7 The Lord said to Moses, 8 “Take your walking stick, and you and your brother Aaron should gather the people. Speak to that rock in front of them so that its water will flow from it. When you bring the water out from that rock, give it to the people and their animals.”9 So Moses took the stick from in front of the Lord, as he had said. 10 Moses and Aaron gathered the people in front of the rock, and Moses said, “Now listen to me, you who turn against God! Do you want us to bring water out of this rock?” 11 Then Moses lifted his hand and hit the rock twice with his stick. Water began pouring out, and the people and their animals drank it. 12 But the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not believe me, and because you did not honor me as holy before the people, you will not lead them into the land I will give them.”13 These are the waters of Meribah,[a] where the Israelites argued with the Lord and where he showed them he was holy.
22 All the Israelites moved from Kadesh to Mount Hor, 23 near the border of Edom. There the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, 24 “Aaron will die. He will not enter the land that I’m giving to the Israelites, because you both acted against my command at the waters of Meribah. 25 Take Aaron and his son Eleazar up on Mount Hor, 26 and take off Aaron’s special clothes and put them on his son Eleazar. Aaron will die there; he will join his ancestors.”27 Moses obeyed the Lord’s command. They climbed up Mount Hor, and all the people saw them go. 28 Moses took off Aaron’s clothes and put them on Aaron’s son Eleazar. Then Aaron died there on top of the mountain. Moses and Eleazar came back down the mountain, 29 and when all the people learned that Aaron was dead, everyone in Israel cried for him for thirty days.;

Joshua 5:6 For the children of Israel walked forty years in the wilderness, till all the people that were men of war, which came out of Egypt, were consumed, because they obeyed not the voice of the LORD: unto whom the LORD sware that he would not shew them the land, which the LORD sware unto their fathers that he would give us, a land that floweth with milk and honey.
Psalms 106:7 Our fathers understood not thy wonders in Egypt; they remembered not the multitude of thy mercies; but provoked him at the sea, even at the Red sea.8 Nevertheless he saved them for his name’s sake, that he might make his mighty power to be known.9 He rebuked the Red sea also, and it was dried up: so he led them through the depths, as through the wilderness.10 And he saved them from the hand of him that hated them, and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.11 And the waters covered their enemies: there was not one of them left.12 Then believed they his words; they sang his praise.13 They soon forgat his works; they waited not for his counsel:14 But lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, and tempted God in the desert.15 And he gave them their request; but sent leanness into their soul.16 They envied Moses also in the camp, and Aaron the saint of the LORD.17 The earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, and covered the company of Abiram.18 And a fire was kindled in their company; the flame burned up the wicked.19 They made a calf in Horeb, and worshipped the molten image.20 Thus they changed their glory into the similitude of an ox that eateth grass.21 They forgat God their saviour, which had done great things in Egypt;22 Wondrous works in the land of Ham, and terrible things by the Red sea.23 Therefore he said that he would destroy them, had not Moses his chosen stood before him in the breach, to turn away his wrath, lest he should destroy them.24 Yea, they despised the pleasant land, they believed not his word:25 But murmured in their tents, and hearkened not unto the voice of the LORD.26 Therefore he lifted up his hand against them, to overthrow them in the wilderness:27 To overthrow their seed also among the nations, and to scatter them in the lands.28 They joined themselves also unto Baal-peor, and ate the sacrifices of the dead.29 Thus they provoked him to anger with their inventions: and the plague brake in upon them.30 Then stood up Phinehas, and executed judgment: and so the plague was stayed.31 And that was counted unto him for righteousness unto all generations for evermore.32 They angered him also at the waters of strife, so that it went ill with Moses for their sakes:33 Because they provoked his spirit, so that he spake unadvisedly with his lips.34 They did not destroy the nations, concerning whom the LORD commanded them:35 But were mingled among the heathen, and learned their works.36 And they served their idols: which were a snare unto them.37 Yea, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters unto devils,38 And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood.39 Thus were they defiled with their own works, and went a whoring with their own inventions.40 Therefore was the wrath of the LORD kindled against his people, insomuch that he abhorred his own inheritance.41 And he gave them into the hand of the heathen; and they that hated them ruled over them.42 Their enemies also oppressed them, and they were brought into subjection under their hand.43 Many times did he deliver them; but they provoked him with their counsel, and were brought low for their iniquity.44 Nevertheless he regarded their affliction, when he heard their cry:45 And he remembered for them his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his mercies.46 He made them also to be pitied of all those that carried them captives.47 Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from among the heathen, to give thanks unto thy holy name, and to triumph in thy praise.48 Blessed be the Lord God of Israel from everlasting to everlasting: and let all the people say, Amen. Praise ye the LORD.
Psalms 106:32-33 states that the people angered Moses at the waters of strife, that it went ill with Moses, and that he sinned with his mouth. The incident in question occurred in Numbers 20:7-13. . The very next verse states that the people were complaining about the lack of water. This had happened many times during their wilderness experience. And like the other times, the people railed against Moses and Aaron, whining that they would have been better off if they had stayed in Egypt. Moses and Aaron responded by falling face down. God responded quickly, telling Moses to speak to the rock in front of all the people. Water would come gushing out — enough water for everyone. Moses assembled the people, but he didn’t follow orders quite the way he should have. Instead of just speaking to the rock, which would have demonstrated the power of the word over the power of his rod, he struck it twice, saying, “Listen, you rebels, shall we get water for you out of this rock?” MOSES called them rebels, which in a sense they were. But God did not tell him to do this. Nor was there any mention of God at that point. All seemed directed at Moses and Aaron: “Must we bring water out of this rock?” The bottom line is that both he and Aaron disobeyed God. Moreover, the water that rushed out was no longer seen as a gift from God, but was a product of Moses and Aaron. The people were happy; God was not.
1 Kings 20:35 And a certain man of the sons of the prophets said unto his neighbour in the word of the LORD, Smite me, I pray thee. And the man refused to smite him.36 Then said he unto him, Because thou hast not obeyed the voice of the LORD, behold, as soon as thou art departed from me, a lion shall slay thee. And as soon as he was departed from him, a lion found him, and slew him.37 Then he found another man, and said, Smite me, I pray thee. And the man smote him, so that in smiting he wounded him. 38 So the prophet departed, and waited for the king by the way, and disguised himself with ashes upon his face.39 And as the king passed by, he cried unto the king: and he said, Thy servant went out into the midst of the battle; and, behold, a man turned aside, and brought a man unto me, and said, Keep this man: if by any means he be missing, then shall thy life be for his life, or else thou shalt pay a talent of silver.40 And as thy servant was busy here and there, he was gone. And the king of Israel said unto him, So shall thy judgment be; thyself hast decided it. 41 And he hasted, and took the ashes away from his face; and the king of Israel discerned him that he was of the prophets.42 And he said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Because thou hast let go out of thy hand a man whom I appointed to utter destruction, therefore thy life shall go for his life, and thy people for his people
– SOLOMON How did Solomon disobey God? He married foreign women, who then led him to worship idols.; 1 Kings 11:1 But king Solomon loved many strange women, together with the daughter of Pharaoh, women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites;2 Of the nations concerning which the LORD said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall not go in to them, neither shall they come in unto you: for surely they will turn away your heart after their gods: Solomon clave unto these in love.3 And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines: and his wives turned away his heart.4 For it came to pass, when Solomon was old, that his wives turned away his heart after other gods: and his heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as was the heart of David his father.5 For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites.6 And Solomon did evil in the sight of the LORD, and went not fully after the LORD, as did David his father.7 Then did Solomon build an high place for Chemosh, the abomination of Moab, in the hill that is before Jerusalem, and for Molech, the abomination of the children of Ammon.8 And likewise did he for all his strange wives, which burnt incense and sacrificed unto their gods.9 And the LORD was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned from the LORD God of Israel, which had appeared unto him twice,10 And had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods: but he kept not that which the LORD commanded.11 Wherefore the LORD said unto Solomon, Forasmuch as this is done of thee, and thou hast not kept my covenant and my statutes, which I have commanded thee, I will surely rend the kingdom from thee, and will give it to thy servant.12 Notwithstanding in thy days I will not do it for David thy father’s sake: but I will rend it out of the hand of thy son.13 Howbeit I will not rend away all the kingdom; but will give one tribe to thy son for David my servant’s sake, and for Jerusalem’s sake which I have chosen.
a. Solomon loved many foreign women: There are two obvious problems here. First, that he loved foreign women who worshipped other gods and brought pagan influences to Israel. Second, that he loved many women, rejecting God’s plan from the beginning for one man and one woman to become one flesh in marriage (Matthew 19:4-6, Genesis 2:23-24).
b. Nations of whom the Lord had said to the children of Israel, “You shall not intermarry with them”: God gave a general warning to all Israel to not intermarry with these nations, because surely they will turn away your hearts after their gods. For all Solomon’s great wisdom, he did not have the wisdom to apply also this simple command to his own life.

Jeremiah 3:13 Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against the LORD thy God, and hast scattered thy ways to the strangers under every green tree, and ye have not obeyed my voice, saith the LORD.
Jeremiah 44:23 Because ye have burned incense, and because ye have sinned against the LORD, and have not obeyed the voice of the LORD, nor walked in his law, nor in his statutes, nor in his testimonies; therefore this evil is happened unto you, as at this day.

Now coming BACK to the New Testament Bible

The Bible starts in Genesis but the Genesis location was not in Israel as Israel was not formed until 1209 BCE. The Exodus, “the going out” (from Egypt), was regarded by all of the Israelites themselves as the beginning of their national history.

.

As per the New Testament itself, Ten of the letters which bear Paul’s name belong to the period before the end of his Roman imprisonment were written in Rome and not in Israel. These ten, in order of writing, may be dated as follows: Galatians, 48; I and 2 Thessalonians, 50; Philippians, 54; I and 2 Corinthians, 54-56; Romans, 57; Colossians, Philemon, and Ephesians, c. 60. The Pastoral Epistles, in their diction and historical atmosphere, contain signs of later date than the other Pauline Epistles, but this presents less difficulty to those who believe in a second imprisonment of Paul at Rome about the year 64, which was ended by his execution.’ The Pastoral Epistle can then be dated c. 63-64, and the changed state of affairs in the Pauline churches to which they bear witness will have been due in part to the opportunity which Paul’s earlier Roman imprisonment afforded to his opponents m these churches.

.

The Book of Revelation itself was not written in Israel but on the Island of Patmos. Revelation 1:9 I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

.
The apostle Paul under the leading of God’s Holy Spirit wrote in the New Testament, “Let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall” (1 Corinthians 10:12). While EVEN Aaron may have been a “good man,” he nevertheless sinned—hurt Israel badly. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes 9:18, “One sinner destroys much good!” Aaron also now discovered that eternal truth the hard way. As God told Moses in Exodus 32:34, “When the day comes for punishment, I will punish the people for their sin.” And God did exactly that—even because a good man did a bad thing.
.
Matthew 17
22 And while they abode in Galilee, Jesus said unto them, The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men:
Matthew 20
18 Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death,
Matthew 10
4 and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him.
Matthew 27
4 Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.
.

The Lord Jesus told those TO ALL the following But whoever disowns me before men, I will disown him before my Father in heaven. (Mat 10:33)

Without Question The Apostle Judas Iscariot Had Evidence Of Salvation

“When morning came, he called HIS DISCIPLES to him and chose twelve of them whom he also designated apostles: Simon (whom he named Peter), his brother Andrew, James, John, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, James son of Alphaeus, Simon who was called the Zealot, Judas son of James, and Judas Iscariot, who became a traitor” (Lk. 6:13-16) (ibid.).

So where did Judas Iscariot go after his suicide? Let’s look at the details. It is obvious that the Apostle Judas Iscariot went to Hell after betraying Jesus and committing suicide:

Woe to that man who betrays the Son of Man! It would be better for him if he had not been born(Mark 14:21

While I was with them, I protected them and kept them safe by that name you gave me. None has been lost except the one doomed to destruction so that Scripture would be fulfilled. (John 17:12)

Then Jesus told them, “This very night you will all fall away on account of me, for it is written: ‘I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’ But after I have risen, I will go ahead of you into Galilee.” Peter replied, “Even if all fall away on account of you, I never will.” “I tell you the truth,” Jesus answered, “this very night, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times.” But Peter declared, “Even if I have to die with you, I will never disown you.” And all the other disciples said the same. (Mat 26:31-35)

(Mat 23:37 KJV) O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! 38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. 39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. 24:1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to show him the buildings of the temple. 2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down

Sadly, most Jews EVEN today are JESUS Christ rejecting followers of the OBSOLETE Judaism. Just as most of the Jews rejected their King Jesus, their Messiah, 2,000 years ago, so do almost all of the Christ-rejecting Jews today do the same.; The Bible plainly teaches in Romans 10:11-13 that God is rich unto all who call upon the name of Jesus to be forgiven of sins and saved. Eternal life is available to whosoever will call (appeal) unto the name of the Lord. Likewise, Hell fire and damnation is promised to all who refuse to obey the Gospel of Jesus Christ (2nd Thessalonians 1:8-9). There is only one plan of salvation given to man by God, and it is the same for Gentile and Jew alike (Acts 4:10-12) Luke 21:24, “And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.” Many people today, including Christians, go around quoting Zechariah 2:8 about Israel being the apple of God’s eye; but they deliberately overlook Luke 21:24 which teaches that the nation of Israel will suffer persecution, killings and defeat in war until the Lord Jesus Christ returns. God has turned to the Gentiles to preach the Gospel to the world, to provoke the Jews to jealousy (Romans 11:11). .God never said that He would bless a rebellious people. God blessed Abraham because he obeyed the voice of the most high God. And God has blessed the nations of the world, including Israel itself, through Abraham’s decedents. But God has not blessed a wicked and rebellious people. God blessed Abraham and has blessed the nations of the world, just as He promised; but God never promised to bless Israelites today who reject and disobey Him. God today does not love the Jews more than the Gentiles, nor does it mean that God respects Jews over Gentiles. Romans 2:11 plainly teaches that God is no respecter of persons. So what does Zechariah 2:8 mean then? It means that God chose to bless the nations of the world through Abraham’s seed. But God never promised to defend Israel, as clearly evidenced by Luke 21:24
.
Please notice that God refers to Gentiles as His people in Zechariah 2:10-11, “Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the LORD. And MANY NATIONS SHALL BE JOINED to the LORD in that day, and shall be my people: and I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto thee.”
.
Galatians 3:7-9,14,16,18 and 29 wonderfully explain what these Scriptures mean, “Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham … That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith …
.
Clearly all born-again Christians are God’s people, and no longer the physical Jews. All Jews who truly are born-again are also God’s people according to Galatians 3:7-29.; There is no salvation promise to the Jew by birth today, except Hell if they don’t get saved by faith in their true Messiah, Jesus Christ. Sadly, the followers of Judaism today deny Jesus as the Christ, and claim falsely that their Messiah is yet to come, the devil himself will come to the Jews next instead.;
.
God punished Israel for their sins, rebellions by taking the land of Israel from them even three times now.. Spain is one of 92 Countries in Europe they the Jews have been Kicked out of in the Past, and in Spain, it was by Royal Decree.
.

Fact #1. Who has the right to decide to whom any Land belongs to ? The biblical answer to that question is that God, Jesus Christ alone determines all of the “rights” that any of us have.

The existence of God previous to the creation of the universe and mankind gives Him the right to determine our “rights.” “The Earth is the Lord’s and all it contains, the world and those who dwell in it” (Psalm 24:1).

The New Testament does not teach that the Gentiles have superseded the Jews; but neither does it teach a racial exclusivity that gives Jewish people preferential or an elevated status. According to Paul, God’s intention has always been to break down the “wall of partition” and create for Himself one new people, drawn from every race (Eph. 2:11–16).The new people chosen are called solely Christians too.

This is no New Testament verses that interprets the Abrahamic Covenant solely as being applicable to Jews in reality. Israel’s sin and subsequent exile from the Land did change their divine right to this Land given to them in the past by the Lord. The Jewish people were once the Chosen People but they no longer are the Chosen people, Christians are, It is significant that in the New Testament the term chosen is never used exclusively of the Jewish people. It is used only to refer to Jesus or the church, the body of Christ (e.g., Col. 3:12).

Jesus will confirm his right to, ownership of the land when his feet touch the mount of Olives,“

“And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south” (Zech. 14:4).

“The glory of Lebanon shall come unto thee, the fir tree, the pine tree, and the box together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious (Isa. 60:13).

We note this in the book of Ruth, “Then said Boaz, What day thou buyest the field of the hand of Naomi, thou must buy it also of Ruth the Moabitess, the wife of the dead, to raise up the name of the dead upon his inheritance. And the kinsman said, I cannot redeem it for myself, lest I mar mine own inheritance: redeem thou my right to thyself; for I cannot redeem it. Now this was the manner in former time in Israel concerning redeeming and concerning changing, for to confirm all things; a man plucked off his shoe, and gave it to his neighbour: and this was a testimony in Israel. Therefore the kinsman said unto Boaz, Buy it for thee. So he drew off his shoe. And Boaz said unto the elders, and unto all the people, Ye are witnesses this day, that I have bought all that was Elimelech’s, and all that was Chilion’s and Mahlon’s, of the hand of Naomi. Moreover Ruth the Moabitess, the wife of Mahlon, have I purchased to be my wife, to raise up the name of the dead upon his inheritance, that the name of the dead be not cut off from among his brethren, and from the gate of his place: ye are witnesses this day.” —Ruth 4:5-10

This unusual passage of Scripture is an accurate usage of Jewish law, for we read in Deuteronomy 25:7, 10: “And if the man like not to take his brother’s wife, then let his brother’s wife go up to the gate unto the elders, and say, My husband’s brother refuseth to raise up unto his brother a name in Israel, he will not perform the duty of my husband’s brother. . . . Then shall his brother’s wife come unto him in the presence of the elders, and loose his shoe from off his foot, and spit in his face, and shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto that man that will not build up his brother’s house. And his name shall be called in Israel, The house of him that hath his shoe loosed” (Deut. 25:7, 9, 10).

This concept of removing one’s shoe to show transfer of property ownership also is found in the prophecies of the Bible. We will quote one example. In Psalm 60:8 we find the Messiah predicted to assume ownership of the human race, pictured in part by Edom, with these words: “Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe: Philistia, triumph thou because of me.”

Now I commit you to God and to the word of his grace, which can build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified” (Acts 20:32).

Jews still will always be far from any right to the promise land because of all their own unrepentant SINS, ACTS, even the blood shed of many others that they have killed from generations to generation even the shed blood of Jesus. (Mat 23:38 KJV) Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. 39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. The Jews alone have by their return to Israel have usurped the authority of the Lord God of Hosts Himself, who alone has the right to give and take away the land of Israel as so far there is no New testament word confirming any of it’s return.. …the Land belongs now to Jesus Christ alone and his bride the Church… it is all his, he had undeniably bought it with his life and redeemed it alone!

In Genesis 12 and 15, God promises to give Abraham’s family a place to live and indicates the extent of that place: “To your descendants I give this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates” (Gen. 15:18). In Genesis 17, God repeats and amplifies the promise: “I will make nations of you, and kings will come from you. I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you. The whole land of Canaan, where you are now an alien, I will give as an everlasting possession to you and your descendants after you; and I will be their God” (Gen. 17:6–8). Contrary to dispensationalists, Jews, Messianic Jews who understand the promises God made to Abraham concerning the land as eternal, Christians see the promises not as an end in themselves, but as a foretaste of heaven.

We can read and see how Abraham and his descendants understood this land promise in Hebrews 11: For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.…And so from this one man…came descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as countless as the sand on the seashore. All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance. And they admitted that they were aliens and strangers on earth.…Instead, they were longing for a better country—a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them. (Heb. 11:10–16)

The New Testament authors insist that through faith in Christ we already inhabit the heavenly Jerusalem and look forward to its appearing (Heb. 12:22–23). Paul, similarly, insists, “But the Jerusalem that is above is free” (Gal. 4:26).

The “Jerusalem above,” the heavenly city for which the Old Testament patriarchs reportedly were longing, therefore, is not the territory from Egypt to Iraq, but a relationship with the living God. In this context, residency in Canaan was only ever intended to be a prelude.

The writer of the book of Joshua, for example, makes clear that the covenant promise already had been fulfilled by his generation (Josh. 21:43–45).

Nehemiah, writing after the second exile, likewise looked back and testified to the fulfillment of the promises made to Abraham: “You gave them kingdoms and nations, allotting to them even the remotest frontiers.…You made their sons as numerous as the stars in the sky, and you brought them into the land that you told their fathers to enter and possess” (Neh. 9:22–23).

A person has to have a terrible bias in assuming that the Jewish people the perpetual right to the Land of Israel The Promised Land was never an unconditional right, but always a conditional gift. During the wilderness wanderings, God warned His people, “If you defile the land, it will vomit you out as it vomited out the nations that were before you” (Lev. 18:28).“‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Since you…shed blood, should you then possess the land? You rely on your sword, you do detestable things…Should you then possess the land?…I will make the land a desolate waste, and her proud strength will come to an end” (Ezek. 33:25–29; see also Jer. 17:4).

How do you reconcile a “never criticize Israel” mentality with the overwhelming witness of the biblical prophets? The Bible never spoke of Israel’s covenant blessings apart from their obligations.if the promises in Genesis are the basis of Israel’s claim to the land, what about the commandments and prophecies throughout the Law of Moses that make it quite clear that the Israelites’ right to the land was conditional? If you do not obey the LORD your God and do not carefully follow all his commands and decrees I am giving you today, all these curses will come upon you and overtake you: You will be cursed in the city and cursed in the country… The LORD will cause you to be defeated before your enemies. You will come at them from one direction but flee from them in seven… You will be uprooted from the land you are entering to possess. Then the Lord will scatter you among all nations, from one end of the earth to the other. (Deut. 28:15-16, 25, 63-64)

Ancient Israel was not supposed to have a standing army. They weren’t supposed to stockpile weapons. There were no taxes to fund a permanent military. Israel’s rulers were forbidden from amassing large numbers of horses (Deuteronomy 17:16-17)—

Israel wasn’t allowed to conscript anyone into military service.Deuteronomy 20: When you go to war against your enemies… the officers shall say to the army: “Has anyone built a new house and not yet begun to live in it? Let him go home, or he may die in battle and someone else may begin to live in it. Has anyone planted a vineyard and not begun to enjoy it? Let him go home, or he may die in battle and someone else enjoy it. Has anyone become pledged to a woman and not married her? Let him go home, or he may die in battle and someone else marry her.” Then the officers shall add, “Is anyone afraid or fainthearted? Let him go home so that his fellow soldiers will not become disheartened too.”

Micah 5—the same passage which said the Messiah would be born in Bethlehem—also said that in that day God would destroy Israel’s horses and demolish its chariots. Israel’s military implements are mentioned in the same breath as other signs of their apostasy: witchcraft, idols, sacred stones, Asherah poles. The prophets considered militarization a form of idolatry—a blatant violation of Israel’s covenant with God.

“Do not defile yourselves in any of these ways, because this is how the nations that I am going to drive out before you became defiled. Even the land was defiled; so I punished it for its sin, and the land vomited out its inhabitants. But you must keep my decrees and my laws… And if you defile the land, it will vomit you out as it vomited out the nations that were before you” (Lev. 18:24-28).

If the Israelites’ claim to the land was conditioned on obedience, and if they were deported from the land in the first century because of the ultimate disobedience of rejecting their Messiah, how can it be affirmed that they now have a right to the land when they persist in the same disbelief and rejection of their Messiah?

“Produce fruit in keeping with repentance. And do not begin to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’ For I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham. The axe is already at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire” (Luke 3:8–9).

Israel was an occupied Roman territory in the first century. When the Romans lead by Titus’ army in 70 AD destroyed Jerusalem and her temple, it resulted in Israel being taken captive in their own country. The survivors left in the land went into slavery while others were dispersed according to the promise of Moses (Deut.30). Jesus had foretold this 70 AD event in Luke’s gospel.

The rights of Israel and the promises made to Abraham were given in the context of a covenant relationship that was intended to bless all peoples of the world. To insist, therefore, on an interpretation of those promises that now gives solei people of Jewish origin born in other parts of the world an exclusive title deed to much of the Middle East in perpetuity, at the expense of the is clearly contrary to their Old Testament context even as to their New Testament fulfillment.

“By calling this covenant ‘new,’ he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear” (Heb. 8:13).

“Believe me, woman, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem…a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks” (John 4:21–23).

“My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jews. But now my kingdom is from another place” (John 18:36).

Zionists falsely assume that the Old and New Testaments run parallel into the future, the former speaking of Israel and the latter speaking of the church; however, this is not the way the New Testament interprets, fulfills, and completes the Old. For example, Jesus annulled the Levitical food laws when He said, “Don’t you see that nothing that enters a man from the outside can make him ‘unclean’? For it doesn’t go into his heart but into his stomach, and then out of his body. (In saying this, Jesus declared all foods clean.)” (Mark 7:18–19).

The writer to the Hebrews, then, declares, “By calling this covenant ‘new,’ he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear” (Heb. 8:13). He insists later, “The law is only a shadow of the good things that are coming—not the realities themselves. For this reason it can never, by the same sacrifices repeated endlessly year after year, make perfect those who draw near to worship” (Heb. 10:1).It is essential that all Christians interpret the Old Testament in the light of the New Testament, and not the other way around.

.

Heaven awaits the Jewish return TO God, Jesus Christ, and rather NOT TO THE PROMISED EARTHLY LAND

.

But what does Jesus’ Jewish identity have to do with anything? This is never magnified in the New Testament. Jesus is the Savior of all who will repent and submissively trust in him. Rev. 7 states there will be people in God’s kingdom from every tribe, people, language and nation all redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus. Of what nationality Messiah was as He walked the earth is totally irrelevant. http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/yeshua.htm#yeshua or jesus

.

Note that Israel is not the sole land of the old Testament Bible, for sure not the whole Bible, as it is not land for the whole New Testament…

.

.

Jerusalem has seen two temples built on the Temple Mount. The first was built by King Solomon close to 3,000 years ago. It was destroyed by the armies of Nebuchadnezzar in 586 B.C.

The second temple was built under Zerubbabel during the years 520-516 B.C. This was destroyed in 70 A.D.

.

Since the destruction of the Temple in 70 A.D. there has been a desire among many observant Jews to rebuild the Jewish Temple. The rebuilding of the temple is not sanctioned by God. Jesus, the Holy Spirit nor promised directly as such too.. there is no need for a third temple as Jesus is the temple now.

.

John 8: 23 And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

.

John 18:36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

.

You are a Messianic Jew? But there really is no such thing in the whole New testament.. all the Jews became Christians.

.

Indeed, Christians came to understand themselves as people who by definition were not Jewish and who believed that Christianity had “superseded” Judaism — that is, “taken its seat” of favor before God

.
The word “Jew” next rather came to mean those who had denied Christ, even murdered him, having been unable to see their own scripture’s clear prediction of his coming
.
The false need of the Jewish Christian to keep their Jewish identity is a direct result, proof that they have not given up all to Jesus, as Jesus Christ is not the sole lord of their life still.
.
And just as many people convert to Judaism, and become Jews, those who convert out of Judaism are no longer Jews.
.

1st John 2:22-23, “Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.”

.

The problem with Messianic Jews is..(1 Tim 1:7 KJV) Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.

.

Many in the Messianic Jewish community tend to spend falsely an inordinate amount of time arguing with the Christian community over doctrines, traditions, and ideas but they are not so quick to create such heated disputes with the unbelieving Jews . The are many many major wrong approaches by the Messianic Jewish movement. One of the dangers in the national and international scene is a feeling they are always right, superiors. When a group has the attitude of superiority, they quickly do alienate many others. We all have much to learn from one another. God can unify and blend us without any group or individual controlling and manipulating others. Another great problem facing Messianic Judaism is the desire for control, they are wrongfully control freaks.. In Messianic Jewish literature and many have noticed one consistent trend: authors intensely try to justify Messianic Judaism while heaping bitterly numerous criticisms on Christianity . Now it comes as a surprise, again, that Messianic Jews criticize Christianity even more harshly than Judaism, which rejects Jesus as the Messiah and hates Him. It appears that Messianic Jews are as antagonistic to Christianity as the traditional Jews are. It brings to mind the words of Paul ,” You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarrelling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere humans? If you keep on biting and devouring each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other. Messianic Judaism has become so preoccupied with justifying its existence that it is now obsessed with taking over from both religions that of the Jews and the Christians, but especially Christianity. This is a dangerous road that removes the focus of Messianic Jews from their relationships with God and places their focus on worldly endeavours which is the reason they are going to hell still, Like Apostle Judas. . https://jesussayscome.wordpress.com/2014/02/13/in-false-desperation/

“Premillennialism is the notion that Jesus will return to this earth before he commences a one thousand-year reign on David’s throne in Jerusalem.

Premillennialism, and its theological sister, dispensationalism, are quite erroneous in that they repudiates numerous fundamental Bible truths. Further, it is exceedingly dangerous in that it offers a false hope to Jews. This “hope” has been grossly misplaced.

Almost two thousand years before the birth of Christ, God had selected Abraham to be the founder of a new nation. It was declared that through him a seed would come by whom all peoples of the earth would be blessed (cf. Genesis 12:1-3; 22:17-18). Several centuries later, Abraham’s offspring were delivered from an era of bondage in Egypt. They were given a special law and ritualistic system of worship which were designed to separate them from the other nations of the world (Exodus 19:5-6; cf. Ephesians 2:14). All of this, of course, was in view of the coming Messiah (cf. Galatians 3:24-25; Hebrews 9:1-10). For some fifteen hundred years the Lord God attempted to cultivate the nation of Israel in preparation for the first advent of the Lord Jesus. It was a constant struggle to get the Hebrews to maintain a semblance of fidelity. They grossly violated the law, frequently went after “strange gods,” and they viciously persecuted the prophets that Jehovah sent to call them to repentance. Jeremiah summarized the history of the Israelite people when he charged that they did “nothing” of all that God commanded them (32:23). Because of the accelerating rebellion of the nation, consummated by the murder of Jesus Christ, God rejected the Hebrew people. Inexcusably, the Jews rejected their own Messiah; accordingly, Jehovah repudiated that nation and determined to scatter them as dust (Matthew 21:44). Thus, in the providence of God, the Roman armies came against Palestine in A.D. 70, and Judaism was destroyed (cf. Matthew 22:7; 24:1-34); the Jewish “vessel” was smashed, and it cannot be put back together (cf. Jeremiah 19:11). According to Josephus, some 1.1 million Hebrews were slaughtered, and thousands were taken into slavery. All Jewish records were lost in that holocaust. Today, there is not a single Jew who knows his tribal ancestry (McClintock and Strong 1969, 771). The physical nation of Israel is dead. The “Jews” that make up the State of Israel today (less than twenty-five percent of the world Jewish population) cannot legitimately be called a “nation.”

As a consequence of Israel’s rejection of the Messiah, God has replaced physical Israel with a new nation, spiritual Israel. Today, the “Jew” is not one who is so physically, but one who is so inwardly, i.e., spiritually (Romans 2:28-29). In this age, those who submit to the gospel plan of redemption—whether Jew or Gentile (Romans 1:16)—become children of God, and thus are constituted as the true “seed of Abraham” (Galatians 3:26-29).”

“It is still false to suggest that God had intended to perpetually favor one nation over all others. Such a notion is at variance with the multiple Bible affirmations which assert the universal love of God, and his just, impartial disposition with reference to the whole human family (cf. Genesis 12:3; Psalm 145:9; Acts 10:34-35). God’s initial selection of the Hebrew people, and the acquisition of the land of Canaan, was preparatory to the coming Christ. Jehovah employed the Jewish nation as a medium for the introduction of Christ into the world. Now that the Messianic mission has been accomplished, the role of “national Israel” no longer exists (cf. Galatians 3:24-25). That “middle wall of partition,” designed to isolate Israel from the nations, has been broken down (Ephesians 2:14). It was abrogated at the cross (Colossians 2:14). From the divine viewpoint, old physical Israel has passed away. It has been superseded by a new Israel.

The genealogy of Luke 3 makes it quite clear that Jesus is the true Son of Adam, and this accords with the use of the title “Son of Adam” in the Gospels. Jesus is the “beloved Son” with whom God is pleased (Luke 3:22). Indeed, Luke follows this baptismal declaration with his genealogy showing that through Adam, Jesus is the Son of God.

Jesus is looked upon as both the ideal Adam and the ideal Israel—that is, He is the people of God, the Seed of Abraham to whom all promises were made (see Gal. 3:16). Jesus as the Son of Adam (Son of man) accomplishes that which Adam failed to do; and likewise, as the true Israel, He does what Israel failed to do. Thus the temptation narratives show the reversal of Satan’s conquest of Adam in the garden and of Israel in the wilderness.

If Jesus is the true people of God, the true Adam and the true Israel, all the prophecies concerning the restoration of Israel to be the people of God must have their fulfillment in Him. So Paul, preaching the gospel of Christ, was addressing himself to the hope of Israel (Acts 26:6, 7; 28:20). The consistent testimony of the apostle is to Christ as fulfiller (see 2 Cor. 1:20). We may not seek the true Israel outside of Christ or look for her restoration apart from the gospel. To become one of the people of God, one must be incorporated into Christ by faith (John 1:12; 2 Cor. 5:17; etc.).

Israel’s hope was to return to Zion, the place of God’s dwelling among His people. The New Testament must tell us where Zion is if we would discover the new temple and the ruling son of David. Because Jesus is the Son of David to whom rule is given, Zion is where He is—i.e., in heaven. The kingdom of God cannot be separated from the presence of Jesus (Heb. 12:22).

As far as the New Testament is concerned, Old Testament prophecy about the rule of God and the temple is fulfilled in the gospel. The resurrection of Jesus is not only the restoration of the temple (John 2:19-22), but also the re-enthronement of the Davidic king (Acts 2:30, 31). The true temple is in heaven, where Jesus reigns now (Acts 2:33, 36; Heb. 8:1, 2). While believers are separated from their Lord (they are on earth, He is in heaven), there is another temple created by the Holy Spirit, who unites believers with the ascended Lord (2 Cor. 6:16; Eph. 2:11-22; 1 Peter 2:4-8).

The New Testament develops Stephen’s assertion that God’s temple is not made with hands (Acts 7:47-50). It is, in fact, the heavenly dwelling to which temple prophecy ultimately points, and there the Eden typology is answered in the face-to-face relationship which requires no symbolic temple, for God is the temple (Rev. 21:22).

.
All the biblical promises find their fulfillment in Jesus Christ. Every element of the Old Testament’s unfolding revelation of the kingdom leads to the Person of Jesus Christ come in the flesh. The kingdom of God has its objective reality in Him. He is God’s true people. His presence marks the presence of God in the place we designate His kingdom. His word comes as God’s ruling word with all authority. The New Testament, in declaring the kingdom “at hand” with the coming of Jesus. Jesus did not come to destroy the hopes of the Old Testament, but to fulfill them. The stage is fully set in the Old Testament. In the fullness of time Jesus breaks in upon that stage “preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God has arrived and is here] : repent ye, and believe the gospel.” Mark 1:14,15. The long-looked-for, hoped-for kingdom of God has arrived in the Person and work of Jesus Christ. The hope of Israel has become present fact in Jesus Christ. In His Person and work the new age has broken in upon human history. The miracles of Jesus were not just a case of His proving that He was the true Messiah—for the false Christ is the one who ostentatiously shows himself off as Christ by signs and wonders (2 Thess. 2:1-9; Matt. 24:24)—but the miracles of Christ are the incontestable evidence that the powers of the new age have broken into history. Here is the Son of man, the new Adam, the Man as man was meant to be, who is subject to God and therefore Himself is Lord of the whole created order. Whether it is an unbroken donkey, the sea and the waves, disease or demons, even death itself, all are subject to this Man who fulfills God’s plan of being Lord over God’s creation (Gen. 1:26-28). The marvelous works of Jesus are thus the manifestation that the kingdom of God has come among men (Luke 17:21). The Old Testament with all its hopes and promises finds its fulfillment in Jesus Christ.

Paul declares that all the promises of God have found their fulfillment in Jesus Christ (2 Cor. 1:20).

.

The fact that the majority of Jews refused the gift and the way God fulfilled Old Testament hopes, makes no difference (Rom. 3:3). They are not all Israel who are of Israel (Rom. 9:6). Those who did accept Jesus as the hope of Israel were the prophesied remnant, the only true Israel of God. The blessings of God’s Messiah could not be contained in Jewry alone, for had not God said that in Abraham’s seed all families of the earth would be blessed? God’s Christ was not only the Servant of Israel as depicted in Isaiah, but the second Adam. He was therefore not alone the hope of Israel, but “the Desire of all nations.” Hag. 2:7. It is on the basis of the gospel that we look for a new heaven in the age of the life to come. This is no vague hope. This new creation is already a reality in Jesus Christ. The end of the world and the great consummation at the second coming of Christ will merely be the open disclosure and empirical realization of what God has already done in Jesus Christ.”

.

It is so typical unChristian even by the Messianic Jews to falsely condemn all Christians for being non Jewish, Gentiles, dogs, and to blame the Christians for all the Jewish hardships, persecutions, because most Jews still cannot, do not want to admit their own sins, personal negative acts contributions.

.

In the New Testament the emphasis is now undeniably solely on the heavenly Jerusalem not the past, present one.

.
About the future Prophecies about Israel to the Jews, Dispensationalists there are the upbeat prophecies but in Reality most, or almost all are dismal. That is the Biblical Jewish history, an ongoing testimony to just how bad it was and can become for the Jewish people, in the Diaspora and in Israel, “There is now the reality on the ground, becoming increasingly frightening by the day.

Colossians 3:2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.

2 Peter 3

13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Revelation 3

12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

Revelation 21

1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

God Doesn’t Want Your Sacrifices , He Wants Your Obedience! https://wittnessed.wordpress.com/2013/11/27/god-doesnt-want-your-sacrifices-he-wants-your-obedience/

Luke 17:3 Be on your guard! If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.

.

1 Timothy 5:20 Those who continue in sin, rebuke in the presence of all, so that the rest also will be fearful of sinning.

.

1 John 3:15 Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. 16 We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren

.

Acts 5:
1 But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession,
2 And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles’ feet.
3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.
5 And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.
6 And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him.
7 And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in.
8 And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much.
9 Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out.
10 Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband.
11 And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things.
12 And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon’s porch.
13 And of the rest durst no man join himself to them: but the people magnified them.
14 And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women.)
15 Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.
16 There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.

.

Note this reality 50 percent of all the loudly professing Christians I knew the last 50 years next made a free will choice to permanently abandon Jesus for the world, the flesh, and also 70 percent of the people going to church they still are not real Christians too. All persons who try to serve God in the flesh and are not Holy Spirit filled, lead so they will next go into both gross errors and also into guilt and depression. As Jesus Christ is still our only salvation and our righteousness.

Messianic Jews, Judaizers, Seventh day Adventist lie, lie a lot

v. Ju·da·ized, Ju·da·iz·ing, Ju·da·iz·es. v.tr. To bring into conformity with Judaism. v.intr. To adopt Jewish customs and beliefs. ( Not the Christian ones)
.

JEWS, MESSIANIC JEWS INCLUDED, JUDAIZERS, MORMONS, SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS, JEHOVAH WITTNESSES, MUSLIMS, CHURCH OF GOD, ETC, ARE FALSELY STILL REWRITING THE BIBLE, WRITING A VERSION OF JESUS CHRIST THAT CONFLICTS WITH THE NEW TESTAMENT. THEY ARE   PRODUCING A RELiGION BASED ON ONE GOOD WORKS, AND NOT A PERSONAL SALVATION BY FAITH BY THE GRACE OF JESUS CHRIST. ACCEPT NO FALSE SUBSTITUTES

Acts 4 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Ephesians 2 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

2 Timothy 3 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

1 John 4 1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

1 Corinthians 3: 1 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. 2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able. 3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men? 4 For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal? 5 Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man? 6 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. 7 So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. 8 Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. 9 For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building. 10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. 11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; 13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. 14 If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 15 If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. 16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. 18 Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. 20 And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain. 21 Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; 22 Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours; 23 And ye are Christ’s; and Christ is God’s.

Galatians 3 10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

James 5 19 Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; 20 Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.

.
Messianic Jews, judaizer , Seventh day Adventist what do they have in common? well they follow the old testament laws for a start, those laws that God has given for the Jewish people alone to observe and not the Christian Persons.. Christian persons follow solely the laws of the New Testament..
.
Now if I eat meat, can I still claim to be a vegetarian? No, of course not!
.
Could you be Christian and DENY Jesus and his finished work on the cross as well? NO
.
SO WITH THE Same logic. You can’t be Jewish, a Jew, a Judiazer and also now EMBRACE Jesus.
Almost a Christian is not the same thing as being a real Christian.
.
What a realy mess this all is with many people following their own religion version basically and not the true religion of Jesus Christ found in the New Testament.
.
YOU ARE A JEW OR A CHRISTIAN AND BUT NOT BOTH FOR BEING JEWISH MEANS FOLLOWING THE JEWISH RELIGION SOLELY AND NOT THE CHRISTIAN RELGION.
.
If someone born to a Jewish mother who embraces Jesus and practices Christianity, then that person is NOT now a ‘Jew for Jesus’. They now are either a New Testament Christian, or a Old testament Jew..
.
The ‘messianic Jews’ now are just another sect within Judaism. They are not CHRISTIAN.
.
Do they even rightfuly firstly understand that Christianity teaches that Judaism is the ‘old’ covenant which Christianity has replaced?
.
As nobody today can follow both religions; for they are mutually exclusive.
.

Many people — some but not all Christians, and some Jews as well — erroneously believe that just as one can be Black and Christian, just as one can be Oriental and Christian, one can also be Jewish and Christian. This is not true. The Jews are not a race. There is no genetic code passed from either mother or father to the child that makes that child a Jew. Genetics might indicate that ones ancestors were Jews, but that does not, in fact, make one a Jew. Even if all, or some, of the genetic code in a child proved to be of Jewish origin, that would not make the child a Jew. Jewish law determines who is a Jew, and Jewish law is quite clear. If a person’s mother is a Jew, and that person has not converted to another faith and wishes to identify solely as a Jew, then that person is considered fully Jewish. In addition, a convert to Judaism is fully Jewish. Although one cannot convert to become a member of a race (for example one cannot convert to become an Asian or an African-American), one can convert to become a Jew. If someone who is Asian or African-American converts to Judaism, that person obviously remains an Asian or an African-American, and at the same time is a Jew. However, if one converts from Judaism to another faith, one is no longer a Jew.

.

Even Messianic Jews with their false Judaism have clearly falsely diverted from being merely Jewish followers of solely Jesus Christ, It can be said to be now an undeniable cesspit of Jews hating Christians, the church and Jesus Christ still and they are still wrongfully following Judaism..They never once do they like to mention the blatant judgment that God will pour out on Israel for its idolatry , rather falsely stating that “ Israel remains God’s elect , chosen to bring his blessing upon the rest of humankind .” Talmudic Jews and United Nations’ Masons are looking for God’s blessing upon the rest of mankind . They are deceiving themselves and are aided and abetted by their own false teachers.. Though mankind’s blessings came from the Jews , so will all its curses . If you do not believe this you had better read your Bible . These people do not reveal or revere the real Jesus . If these Messianic Jews ever do these things I will believe they are true Christians . This group is nothing less than a fifth column deceiving supposed Christians and Jews who may have a real interest in Christ ;

.
Satan wants you to think of the verse “ and so all Israel shall be saved “ , which means that all who trust Christ as Savior and Lord , not any unbelieving Jews .

.
Christians and the current non-Christian Jews also do worship different gods , The Jews do not, did not truly honor Christ as the promised Messiah , but are looking for another that will come in his own name . The Talmud itself speaks of absolute mockery and hatred for Christ and Christians.

.
Only a small remnant of remaining Jews will accept Christ after he has poured out his wrath upon them for their constant rejection of him .

.
Messianic Jews do falsely want us all to believe that Jesus remains firmly connected to unsaved Jewish people . and that Jerusalem is still “that great city “ , but he has temporarily forsaken them because they forsook him . The Same attempt is made on when these deceivers say that Jewish people are still God’s chosen people . But an unbelieving Jew will go to the same hell that an unbelieving Gentile will go to . if you are a Christian, do you believe that the Jews go to Hell? the Christian answer will be “yes, anyone who doesn’t accept Jesus as their saviour goes to hell.” I think the more interesting question is, when did most of Jews stop worshipping God? Before or after Jesus was born? Before and after.. Who now really had changed? God or the Jews?;

.
William J. Beausay reveals the heresy of “ apocryphal writings .“
Howard Silverman reveals the heresies of unbiblical rabbinic literature .
Henri L. Goulet reveals the heresy of Jewish apocalyptic Literature and explains clearly what is taught about ancient rhetoric , which is probably unbiblical and perhaps Talmudic .
Elliot Klayman reveals the heresy of Rabbinic Literature and its Talmudic association .

,
Do they believe the Noahide laws to be “ the bedrock society from the dawn of civilization ?“ If so this is more evidence proving their satanic deception .

,
There is still a “ Very Serious Problems Spiritual With The Messianic Jewish Congregations .” as they clearly are Unchristian..

.
Messianic Jews are still just as much Jews as anything and not the real Christians of Jesus Christ. Seventh day Adventism, Judaizers, Messianic Jew want to have one foot in Hell, in Judaism, and one foot in Heaven, Christianity and that is Impossible.
.
I respect Christians but I don’t respect ‘messianic Jews’ because they lie claiming they are both Jews and Christians.. give it up, you are one or the other.
.
All Jewish people, Messianic ones too can only be saved the same way as Gentiles can, by grace through faith in Jesus without the works of the law OF MOSES WHICH WAS DONE AWAY AFTER JESUS CHRIST CAME AND DIES ON THE CROSS
.
I agree that once you accept Jesus, you’re a Christian and no longer a Jew or a messianic Jew.
,
Messianic Jews, Judaizers Seventh day Adventists do now still have more in common with the Jews than the true Christians
.
Christians are NOT ‘or ever will be the restored Jews’ or the new Jews, they are only still the true Christians.,
.
YOU really CANNOT BE of the JEWISH relgion and EMBRACE JESUS. It is as simple as that.
.

NOTE THIS: Genesis 9:3-4 is proof of that to Noah. Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.

.

According to this verse, Noah was given permission to eat anything that didn’t have the blood still in it. Adam wasn’t given this permission, and it’s a much broader spectrum than the kosher diet of Moses’s law, where many animals were forbidden to eat under any circumstances. Different still, is the diet of the NT where now people can eat any animals without spiritual punishment.

.

John 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

.

Act 15:5 But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses…… 15:10 Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?

.

2Cor 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life. 3:7 But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away: 3:8 How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious? 3:9 For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory. 3:10 For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth. 3:11 For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is glorious. 3:12 Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech: 3:13 And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: 3:14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. 3:15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. 3:16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away. 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

.

Eph 2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

.

Heb 7:12 For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law. 7:13 For he of whom these things are spoken pertaineth to another tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar. 7:14 For it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood. 7:15 And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest, 7:16 Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life. 7:17 For he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. 7:18 For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof. 8:13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

.

Col 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 2:17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

.

1Tim 4:4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:

.

Rom 14:5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.

.

Romans 14:14 I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.

.

Act 17:29 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device. 17:30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at(overlooked); but now commandeth all men every where to repent: 17:31 Because He hath appointed a day, in the which He will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom He hath ordained;(JESUS) whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that He hath raised Him from the dead.

.

That last group of verses is an absolute 100 megaton explosion to the argument about sacred objects, ‘godly’ graven images of the temple, relics of the OT, and the such implications that these things matter now, or ever really did. God passed it by due to the peoples ignorance, and most likely influences of false religions after leaving Egypt. God never seemed to care about gold, jewels, polished silver, fine brass, or the fabric of holy robes prior to Moses leading Israel out of Egypt, yet from this point on, it seemed to matter a great deal. These verses just explained it all away, and that’s why we as Christians are not instructed to carry on with these things.

.

Now that it should be apparent that most of the OT laws have been done away, what remains then? What’s going on? Well, theres only 9 commandments that are reiterated in the NT*, but they are summarized by 1 new one. John 13:34 is where Jesus says a NEW commandment He was giving was to love one another as He loves us, and Romans 13:8 says to love one another is to fulfill all of the law. That is the law now, there it is, all of it, right there, for also in loving one another you will not do any ill will to anyone. Paul even clarifies it, just in case you were wondering what kind of love to have.

.

There is also Galatians 5:14 “For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.” Can it really get any clearer?

.

I will now take this one step further and show the Jesus was instituting this new set of rules even within His own life. Yes, Jesus Christ the Messiah was preparing people for a change, things were not going to be the way they were in the OT anymore, and this verse is painfully clear that a change was a comin’….

.

Mat 11:12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. 11:13 For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John.

.

also….

John 18:36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

.

Kind of interesting isn’t it? Jesus was well aware of all of the wars and fighting and bloodshed of the OT times and was putting an end to it once and for all. This was not the way of God, for He is love. The kingdom of heaven would no longer be able to be taken by violence, (from either side actually) because it would no longer be an earthly matter. We know this because of the examples the apostles set in peace and persecution through the first century church. They were not renegade assassins or anything like that.

.

So here come the verses that every Judaizer tries to hit me over the head with: Mat 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

.

These verses have cause a lot of confusion in the faith, especially in light of the massive amount of verses I have already laid down in this section. Something needs to be made clear here. When Jesus was referring to “the law” in those verses, He was not referring to the law of MOSES. In fact, Jesus and the apostles differentiate between the law of God and the law of Moses in many places, this is a key point. Jesus proves that He is not talking about the law of Moses in some of the very next verses where He lists the commandments now, and even updates a few, making them stricter…..He says “anyone who breaks the least of THESE commandments shall be least in the kingdom.” What commandments? He didn’t name any yet, BUT HE WAS ABOUT TO. Remember, according to Hebrews 7 that there was a changing of the priesthood, therefore a changing of the law.

.

Mat 5:21 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

.

Mat 5:27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: 5:28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

.

Mat 5:38 Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth: 5:39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. 5:40 And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also. 5:41 And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.

.

Mat 5:43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. 5:46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?

.

Further proof that the law of God/Christ is different from the law of Moses is in…

.

John 6:32 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you NOT that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the TRUE bread from heaven..

.

Mat 19:7-8 and Mark 10:4-5 Jesus is asked about divorce and His answer is that MOSES gave them that precept because of the hardness of their hearts, and that it was not so from the beginning. Proving again that the law has changed more than once. Jesus then forbade it except in adultery.

.

John 1:17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and TRUTH came by Jesus Christ.

.

John 8:5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?

.

Act 13:39 And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could NOT be justified by the law of Moses.

.

Act 21:21 And they are informed of thee, that thou teachest all the Jews which are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses, saying that they ought not to circumcise their children, neither to walk after the customs. (The elders then came together and decided it was wise for Paul to purify himself in the temple and shave his head according to custom, in order to prevent a riot…it didn’t work, because the Jews knew Paul was in fact teaching this, and we know too from the many writings of Paul which I have already provided in this section.)

.

We also know from 1st Samuel 8:1 that God gave the people kings because they whined that they wanted a human king, He would have been their king. We also know that God sent them quails when they were tired of manna, so they ate meat until they got sick of it. Apparently God has always wanted a better way, but the Jews simply would not listen, so finally when Christ came, He came teaching the true way of the Father. As far as certain OT prophecies like Zechariah 14:16-19, which talks about there being observance of the feast of tabernacles by all people…simply read verse 8 and you will see this is all figurative/spiritual. Verse 8 talks about living waters flowing from Jerusalem. How can water be ‘living’? In the NT, living waters are talked about as something spiritual and not physical. Better proof is found back in Zech 12:4 where it says that every horse will be struck with astonishment and blindness, and their riders will go mad. Literally this verse is pointless, horses aren’t used for transportation anymore, they’re hardly even used for labor. Will cars and tractors go blind instead?

The last thing to address is the oft repeated argument of the promises of God, and verses about His perpetual covenant with Israel, such as in Exodus 31:16 that sabbath day keeping would be a part of this covenant, among other things like diet in Lev 3:17. These things all became nullified when the covenant was broken, and Israel was cast off. Think it didn’t happen? See Holy Racism to find out how and when… Israel became heathen, and eventually rejected their own messiah and the true ways of God (Matt 8:11-12, Matt 12:7, Matt 5:21-46, Matt 21:43, John 8:47, John 1:18, Act 2:36, Rom 11:20, Col 1:15, etc etc. see also Sacrifices, and OT violence for more info). As a result of their wickedness, God made good on His word and proved He did not make idle warnings to Israel (1Kings 9:6-7, Josh 24:20, 1Ch 28:9, 2Ch 7:19-20, 2Ch 15:2) which came to a climax with the destruction of the temple and scattering of the nation in 70 ad. These events dissolved the covenant, and THEREFORE nullified many OT prophecies of the coming days for Israel. Get out of the mindset that says God will keep His end of the bargain even if you don’t keep yours, http://www.angelfire.com/planet/loveoneanothe//judaizers.html

The Influence of the Hebrew Roots movement (HRM) has grown by leaps and bounds over the last century in America. It’s impact in this end time is being felt in all areas of Christendom of those who call Jesus Lord. For those who are Born of the Spirit, if they are Bereans and study the scriptures comparing this movement with the Gospel given to the NT church, they would see bright flashing danger signs. Sad to say, many are being deceived.
,
The Hebrew Roots Movement which encompasses Messianic Judaism and both in fact are one and the same, just packaged differently in order to deceive more people, is gaining momentum in these last days. While Messianic Judaism is more Christ oriented, it is really just a stepping stone to the HRM. Many Jews who have accepted Christ as Messiah, are attempting as the Jewish Christians in the early church, to mesh Grace with Judaism under the Old Covenant, making all inclusive with one another the Works of the Law, as well as the ordinances, such as the Sabbath and other holy days and combining them with Christianity. The great Apostle Paul had much to say about this in his letters to the early church. Read the book of Galatians where Paul addresses this heresy and warns the early church that if they follow this teaching, they have fallen from grace.

7. “WHATEVER THE LAW SAYS, IT SPEAKS TO THOSE WHO ARE UNDER THE LAW (Jews who are not born again)” (Rom. 3:19).

14. “CHRIST IS THE END OF THE LAW … FOR EVERYONE WHO BELIEVES” (Rom. 10:4).

15. THE LAW IS “THE MINISTRY OF DEATH…[AND] CONDEMNATION” (2 Cor. 3:7 & 9).

Paul, said that “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” (Galatians 3:28).

.

In conclusion, God’s law hasn’t been done away, it’s the law of Moses that is no more. We now have the true way, demonstrated in the New Testament through the life of Christ.

Christian Zionism as a FALSE man made theology AND in its basic starting points does not discriminate between a very small Remnant of physical Israel who HAD accepted Christ and came entirely out of the Old Covenant shadows, and ALSO the large majority who rejected Christ and still reject him.

By Christian Zionism ADVOCATES I am not talking only about JEWS, BUT John Hagee and his Christians United For Israel (CUFI), but about the entire FALSE theology of John Darby, C.I. Scofield, Lewis S.
